Lovely hotel, about 20/30 minute bus journey out of central but easy to get to. Receptionists were very friendly and pool was nice

Really nice place, very relaxing with both pools being in excellent condition, rooms could be called a little old fashioned but still up to date and really good air con. The hotel is a little further out of the city but was still close to a Woolworths

Such a good and convenient place with good prices. The swimming pool is warm, and the staff are so friendly.

Everything was good, really nice hotel. Just the aircon in our room was kind of old, so it didn't work with a remote to switch on/off.

Palm Royale Cairns has two beautiful pools and a small shopping centre across the road. The rooms are big and clean.

Room service is good but, the room was smelly and behind the bed head rails it was rusty and paints came off.

Very comfortable place to stay. AC worked well, which is important in North Qld. The pools were lovely. Reception staff were pleasant. Very good price. Shower and bathroom facilities very clean and modern. My pool view was delightful. There is a lift to get to upper floors. Downsides- no onside restaurant or bar. More than 5km from town centre. Taxi drivers told me this can be a rough area not to walk round especially at night.

Good hotel with decent amenities

“Resort” very out of the way compared to the things to do in town. Luckily we got a car and were able to go back and forth for relatively cheap, but can imagine the cost would rack up if you were to use Uber the whole time. 24h front desk service and we got an extra towel when we asked for it. The outside area and pool looked really nice. This is clearly where the money has gone, though because of the weather we weren’t really able to make use of it. The rooms were very basic and rather old. Nothing impressive. Made us second guess why it was called a resort. Finally, I’d you get a room overlooking the pool, you’ll get a beautiful view but quite a trek to get to the room as you have to walk around the entire building (room access is on the outside) .

We only stayed for a night. The room was cleaned. We slept well. Though there were other guests that were a little bit noisy but stopped after few minutes. Thank you.
