Strategic location, just in front of the train station and next door is carrefour. Parking lot is limited and a bit narrow. From our room can view the castle from mountain.

The hotel is right opposite the train station. The window is sound-proof, so it's quiet. Shower water pressure is slightly low but still ok. Breakfast was simple.

Location was fantastic , just opposite marseille Saint Charles station . Checkin staff was friendly. the supermarket was just next door making it very convenient.

Opposite is a train station and bus Terminal to airport and other places. Next door is Carrefour supermarket.

Marseille was the first stop we went in our trip. Hotel has a great location as it is just opposite to the train station. However, our room had a very sticky smell and we found out the smell came from our toilet. Also the air-conditioner wasn’t really functional so we opened our window to get fresh and cooler air circulation. The free breakfast was good.

Price is quite reasonable with quality breakfast and facilities. Location is very good. Near to city centre. Parking fee is not bad. But the hotel is very busy. No bath and hand wash gel for both of my two rooms, even I went to the reception to request, they marked the problem but finally ignored which made me a bit disappointed.

Room was basic but spacious. Clean and well situated across from the Gare. Requested a high floor so very good and quiet. Breakfast included so definite a plus.

Great location if you arrive at St Charles station! There’s also a direct link to Marseille’s two metro lines which is very convenient if you need to get around the city quickly. The hotel is within a walking distance from the port which is a famous tourist area. The front desk staff are really friendly and their smiles are super welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient for a morning start! If I have to go to Marseille again, I’ll definitely stay there again!!
