I booked my hotel through agoda but when i reached my hotel the receptionist informed that my booking has been cancelled by them and they ask me to book the hotel again by themselves at double rate then somehow i manage to make my stay at Hennessy park hotel then there are complimentary activities which were not told by reception at first after asking myself firstly they refused to give me complimentary cruise then other day when i asked its included in our stay then miss cathie the main receptionist she helped an arrange a cruise for us

I stayed in this Hotel during my Business trip in Mauritius. Ive never seen such a friendly environment hotel like this where all Staff are smiling and greeting and very accommodating. The food is excellent and appetizing. Really appreciate Chef Sanjeevee grain de sel kitchen. My dinner is always prepared so tasty and plating is amazing ❤️. I love this property ❤️ Also thank you Diksa Deojee, Mohesh and Samuel who are one of the best dine crew. Their service in the dining and in the hotel bar is spectacular and amazing and cheerful people. ❤️

I spent most of stay in meeting rooms and the restaurant. The cuisine and service are exceptional. Great staff always ready to go extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. I booked a cocktail for our community and was amazed by the service. Avinash, Ludovic, and Bharti went extra to help. Thank you!

Reeyash and Yoven were great waiters. We had a lovely dinner in a peaceful atmosphere. They gave us a free desert of coconut, which we enjoyed chewing for 10 minutes, great time. I am sure coming back. We are forced to add 35 characters to this review to post... So that's it...

Well, went to henessy park hotel last week. Really enjoyed. Service was great with miss anisha, she suggested us with great varieties of sushi which was incredible, first time was trying sushi. Thank you so much anisha for your services. Will surely recommend this sushi restaurant. Thank you.

Food really has gone downhill. Waited for 15-min for service. Then went to Sushi Bar to look for service there. No service. Went back to main restaurant and waited again for service (5-mins). Bouillabase was advertised as having prawns -- only one prawn and lots of cubed fish that tasted like hard cubed chicken. Mussels were way below minimum legal standard (tiny). Please see photo of the main course adverted -- Squid Ink Tortellini. Terrible presentation -- nothing like photo -- you can clearly see the missing ingredients. You need a host/hostess at the entrance. I complained to the waiter -- no apology.
