Bosque Escondido

We've been going to this hotel for many years now and we've been witnesses to it's decay. The cabin we were assigned to was #3 I got my slippers wet and found out the water was comming from the toilet some guys were sent to check but did not fix the issue and left us with a mop. there were spiderwebs (they look pretty old) all over the bathroom and the jacuzzi area, The faucet was falling off and overol it felt dirty. Over the lake there's a little dock and it's missing some wooden boards already, plastics bottles all moldy already were in the water, the plants were over grown. I know we're going to get a forest experience but for the price I'll expect to have a beatiful, clean place to stay and to be calling the desk service all the time

Horrible no recomiendo estas cabañas me toca la núm 3 y la cabaña olía a caño el baño bien mugroso , estuve 3 noches del 18 al 21 de diciembre y ninguno día fueron a hacer el aseo de la cabaña le llamé y me dijeron que no tienen ese servicio y lo único que hicieron fue que me mandaron u rollo de papel sanitario nunca fueron a sacar la basura yo tube que comprar más papel sanitario la verdad su una experiencia mala , te piden 1,000 pesos de depósito por si pides alimentos al restaurante y yo pedí 2 veces y tuve que pagar me dijeron que no se puede cargar a la cabaña entonces para que te piden el depósito, la verdad no lo recomiendo no vallan y evítense un coraje

Si tienes la oportunidad de visitar este lugar desperdíciala, las cabañas son súper básicas y súper descuidadas por el precio puedes encontrar algo mucho mejor, pésimo servicio al cliente, la cama está horrible súper vieja y aguada, las toallas súper desgastadas, para ser una “Cabaña Suite” el nombre le queda muy grande no cuenta ni siquiera con una pequeña cocina es únicamente una revisa con una cafetera horrible…. Enserio no vengan yo estoy atrapado aquí y me quedaré porque ya pagué pero jamás volvería o recomendaría este lugar
