We have informed our housekeeping team to look into this matter and ensure all towels are in top condition. As for the coffee machine, we’d like to inform you that our staff is always available to assist with its operation. Additionally, we have provided a helpful instructional video on the Samsung tablet in each room, which can guide you through the usage of the coffee machine. Else if there is aproblem with the machine we would be happy to replace it with the new one.We also apologize for the broken shower head stand. Our engineering team was unable to attend to this issue before your arrival, but rest assured, it will be given top priority to ensure it's fully repaired.
