location good. near some fast food eateries. hotel breakfast was good but needs a bit more variety - i stayed for 3 nights so the dishes were almost the same every day. My room was comfortable. unfortunately my view was not great (another building). there were a lot of bugs (like flies) in the bathroom because there is poor air circulation. suggestion: please have clothes hangers that can be used in the bathroom. Some hooks o the wall would be useful for coats/jackets. the lady at the reception when i checked in wasn't warm or friendly. she had a neutral face. no warm greeting or friendliness that i would expect from a frontline hotel staff. she also was there when i checked out - she was on the phone and just gestured for me to drop my key card in the box. no "thank you", or "bye" or anything. nobody helped me with my luggage when i checked out. my van pickup was blocked by a parked car so i had to use the steps (and not the ramp). it would be nice if there was someone from the hotel to assist. there was a male staff who helped me when my key card did not work on 14 September 2025. He was very helpful, warm and actually accompanied me to my room to check the card. good service! overall, good stay. would definitely return if come back to Muscat.

Good hotel for Bussiness peoples , service is average, location is good

The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. They also offer a great deal for dinner buffet. Overall, a great stay!

Very good hotel and nice location

Cleaning part is not good. Even after several request they not provide towels and water bottle. Room cleaning was also not good. Just doing formalities.

Although the hotel was clean, overall my stay was disappointing. The service, especially from the reception and during breakfast, was below expectations. The breakfast buffet was not fresh, rarely replenished, and offered very limited food choices. The restaurant was extremely noisy, and there was no door service available at all. Another frustrating issue was that my room key kept getting deactivated almost every day, which was very inconvenient. I understand it's a 3-star hotel, but for the same price, you can definitely find a much better option in Muscat.

Decent clean functional hotel, extremely businesslike, everything as it should be but staff were very aloof and unhelpful, when I asked the receptionist to help me with a taxi she walked away, when I asked her colleague he refused and told me to use the ripoff opportunist taxi drivers that were constantly loitering in the lobby and change extortionate prices, customer care non existent but am absolutely fine hotel otherwise

Ideal for city center, car parking avaliable both around and under the building for free

Second time staying here and got the King Bed. Quiet corner witv comfy bed. Issues rectified by front desk swiftly! Thank you so much team!
