晚上11點左右洗澡發現不可以下水，打電話給前台，衹説派人修理，等到12點才來，凌晨一點才修好。還放的通下水的葯水簡直難聞死了，第二天嗓子都是痛的。入住的税率和你們也是有區別的。簡直快翻了一倍，差評

Times Squareのすぐ近く。お部屋は清潔でした（前の人の靴下があったけど）。お風呂と洗面の栓がないといったら、すぐに持ってきてくれました。1階に無料のドリンクサービスがあることを知らなくて、毎日、外にコーヒーを買いにいっていました。チェックインの時に教えてほしかったです。皆さんは、1階の無料コーナーでドリンクをgetしてくださいね！

Location is the only best thing about this hotel. The fridge was dirty. Sheets were dirty. No complementary. We had to call for toothpaste.

I obtained bed bugs while staying at this hotel. I contacted that hotel with photos and they have made no attempt to remedy the situation. Stay far away from this place the staff is horrible.

Great location! Booked a balcony suite but it wasn’t available while we were there. They did upgrade us to a suite which was quite nice and spacious.

Room was very clean, nice bathroom, blackout shades. Would have preferred bottled water in the room instead of the bottle to be filled, as we never found the water bottle filler. Was told it was on even numbered floors and we were on 18. Would stay there again.

We have stayed in the Times Square area many times over the years. This was our first time with The Muse. We loved it. The staff was very pleasant and happy to help with whatever we needed. The Muse made our girls trip very special. We will definitely stay again.
