The Ned NoMad

酒店設施非常新，床品非常舒適。早餐雖然訂酒店時是含早餐的，可是還是要求收費，量很大、食材也很新鮮。我住的白天酒店馬路對面一直有幾羣人吵鬧還吸很重味道的煙，聞到非常難受。

We stayed at this hotel twice, in December 2025 and back again in January 2025. What a fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms were a good size for New York, stylishly detailed and well appointed. Beds are really comfy and different pillows on request. Plethora of bathroom products, thankyou! The hotel itself is very cool, from the seriously great artwork, the library, the Atrium with live music most nights, the Roof Top bar, and Little Ned. But what really makes a hotel is the staff. From the moment I began making enquiries with them about booking the hotel and other activities, they could not have been more helpful, despite very different time zones! During our stay they could not have done more and nothing was too hard for them. Thank you for a wonderful New York stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ned Nomad this summer, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, but special recognition must go to Kim at Guest Services. She truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. She was always available to answer my many questions and truly made me feel like I was staying with family, not just at a hotel. Kim’s warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. What really stood out was her commitment to ensuring every aspect of my experience was seamless. Whether it was handling special requests, offering insightful recommendations for exploring the city, or just ensuring everything was perfect with my room, she handled it all flawlessly. Her genuine hospitality made a world of difference, and it’s clear she’s passionate about what she does. Kim and the entire Guest Services team are truly a cut above, excelling in every area from concierge-level service to anticipating needs I didn’t even know I had! A special thanks to Kim’s son William as well, whose kindness and hospitality added to the wonderful family atmosphere. It’s the little touches like this that make The Ned Nomad my absolute favorite hotel in New York City. The staff here doesn’t just provide great service - they make you feel like you’re part of something special. The Ned Nomad has officially won my heart! Can't wait for my next visit!

Located in the center of Manhattan! You can find restaurants, shopping centers, Subway stations, supermarkets and everything else you need around the hotel. The hotel is very elegant, the staff is very friendly and helpful and always eager to assist.

We truly had a grand time at The Ned Nomad. As soon as we got out the Uber we were greeted by the bellman who was super welcoming and friendly he also remembered our name during checkout which made me feel special. I’m a little upset I can’t recall his name. We had arrived early so our room was quite ready yet. The front desk sent us a text once our room was ready. The room was very clean and spacious. The room was also fully equipped with amenities so you don’t have to pack toiletries unless you want to . The cowshed products are amazing. The mini bar is fully stocked for your convenience the mini bar prices were high in my opinion but it is nyc! They do give you complementary waters daily. They have daily housekeeping and turndown services. Upon check-in and over the phone I requested dnd for my entire stay however housekeeping kept showing up when I left for the day. I didn’t make it a big deal however the front office and housekeeping needs better communication. I did have an opportunity to visit the roof top and it was absolutely beautiful and service was amazing the food and drinks were top tier. The watermelon Palomar was so refreshing and delicious ! The hotel is in a nice location foot steps away from the train station, restaurants and shops. Also the area was pretty quiet for the city . Caroline , Omar, Kimberly , and the bellman photographed in the picture all provided phenomenal service. I will truly be back to visit again and this hotel is highly recommended.
