The room at the Nash was very comfortable. Equipped with all amenities except a hairdryer which I had brought my own. We needed more towels and they were very responsive. There is a supply closet on the first floor if you need extra toilet paper or ear plugs. I will say it was a bit noisy. We were on the third floor but it didn't bother us. The one negative for us is that there is no place to safely store your suitcase so you have to take it with you once you check out. Check is at exactly to the minute. You are given a code for your room and it works exactly at the moment your reservation starts. Also if you arrive early again no place to store your suitcase until you can get in the room. If I was staying for a long time it would be fine but schlepping our suitcase around the city was not fun.

Everything was perfect clean and easy Position perfect to visit manhattan We were 4 and the apartment was perfect ☺️ 😉😉😉😉😉 the bed were very comfortable concierge and luggage store terrace and gym ……………………….,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Comfy bed spacious studio (for nyc). A decent amount of noise at night from neighboring units made it hard to sleep. Also kitchen sink was clogged and didn’t drain. Otherwise a solid accommodation, well located and easy to get into the unit.

This was my first Sonder experience and I found it to be super easy. The room was great for us and our two little ones. Bed and sofa bed were comfy and the living room area closes off, which made putting the kids down helpful so that we could still have dinner and see friends without waking them. We’ll be back!

Amazing experience staying with Sonder at The Nash in New York City. The apt was beautiful and they were very responsive with any questions! The location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely look to stay with Sonder again!

We went for business/fun. The place was great. Good location, convenient, comfortable, easy to work there and run to museums and a show at end of day. We would recommend. Thank you! Surrounding area is filled with great shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The apartment was super big, well maintained and clean. We had everything we need in the kitchen and there is plenty of storage. It is really close to every attraction and there are a lot of really nice places to eat nearby. We would repeat the stay no doubt.

I was mostly satisfied, but there were a few things that bothered me. 1) The carpet didn't seem to have been cleaned properly and there was a lot of hair on it. 2) The bathtub drain seemed broken so we couldn't fill it with hot water. 3) The room I stayed in had a connecting door, but it wasn't soundproof at all, so I was bothered by the neighbors' conversations and the crying of babies.

We stayed at the Nash building, the studio was big and well equipped with everything, we could ask questions that were answered straight away through the chat portal from Sonder app! It was very well cleaned! Location is excellent, midtown east with transportation like subway and buses near. No complains, we enjoyed our stay !
