The Manner, the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

The staff made my stay at The Manner an unforgettable experience. Michi was exceptionally kind and helpful—we loved spending time in the apartment chatting with her, and her recommendations for places to eat in the city were spot on. Kiara was also incredibly warm and provided excellent service on the rooftop. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and The Manner is now my go-to hotel whenever I visit New York!

The experience at the Manner exceeded my expectations. The employees were excellent and very service focused. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable our stay was from the room to the amenities all were top notch.

We loved the feel & general ambience of the hotel. Everything is finished to a high standard, and the rooms are like someone took a slice of London SoHo’s best spots and transported them to NYC’s SoHo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for what we wanted. The bars are great and there are a bunch of good restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the Sicilian place across the road. Tip for those who like tennis - bring your racket(s) for a wall hit, there’s a playground two blocks up with three sections lined out. Pleasant surprise to be able to get out and hit for a couple of hours every day.

Very stylish interior design and concept. Staff tries hard to anticipate guests needs and is very cordial. Location right in SOHO is extremely convenient and charming. Lots of shopping and eateries close by the hotel. Well maintained for sure.
