My stay at AKA Times Square was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The suite felt more like a stylish city apartment than a hotel room—spacious, modern, and even had a full kitchen, which was a great bonus. It was surprisingly peaceful too, especially considering how close it is to all the action in Times Square. The location really couldn’t be better if you want to explore the city. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience—I’d definitely stay here again!

We chose aka Times Square due to the size of the room with a kitchenette. We were very happy with the room. The bed was super comfortable, all very clean and good provisions in the kitchen. Location was very convenient just off Times Square and a short distance to subway stations and bus routes. All reception staff were great but a massive shout out for Kevin who really did make you feel a special guest at every interaction. All hotels and venues with customer service need a Kevin. He would be a superb trainer for the rest of the company!!!

We had a wonderful time in AKA Times Square during one week in April 2025 !!! Excellent location and facilities (we loved the Gym and the Penthouse). And all the people were so kind with us !! Always smiling and joking with us !! Our favorite place to stay in Manhattan !!!

Awesome place. Perfect apartment with kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Cesar and the front desk man, a pleasure to meet you. Always a smile, a joke, made us feel very confortable and welcome. The location is very good, a deli across the street, a wholefood market two blocks away, subway nearby…. A block away from Times Square

Lovely place to stay and extremely convenient location for all the major sights. Huge thanks go to Kevin and Tina in particular for being such wonderful hosts ☺️ Would recommend to anyone wanting a home-stay in the very centre if New York. Great accommodation.

Perfect location - right by Times Square but no noise. 2 bed apartments are lovely. Great kitchen and living room space. Note, both beds are doubles (not twin in second bedroom). Housekeeping is once per week. Huge shout out to Kevin on reception for being so helpful and welcoming!

Super friendly staff! Everyone was so great and helpful. Apartments are very comfortably sized (we had a 2 BR), and I couldn't get over how quiet it was! There is almost zero natural light, and we joked it was like a sensory depravation chamber, which made it great for sleeping. Having the full kitchen was very helpful, and so was having the laundry -- I packed light and had to re-wear clothes and the washing machine came in clutch when I spilled a drink on my jeans. Being able to grab tea and a pastry from the lounge every morning was very convenient. This place is a great value - I have stayed at much, much smaller places for the same amount of money or more. I would definitely recommend AKA.

We had some Hair in our bed so we asked the housekeeper to make the bed again and the Hair was still there there is some stains in the coach and on the table so for 6 000 $ it’s very disapointing and frustating and also the kitchen is not 100 % clean and some of the furnitures are very old

We brought our two granddaughters and my husband's daughter to the AKA Times Square for a four day trip to NY City. It was the children's first trip to NY and it was magical...in large part due to the efforts of Tina Wong (Operations Supervisor) and her amazing staff including Caesar and Julian. We had an amazing time and the accommodations were FANTASTIC!! Thank you all so much!
