因為附近翻修，有一個門沒開，挺不好找的。衞生挺到位，但是枕頭有味道。衞生間挺乾淨的。前台工作人員很熱情周到，談笑風生。酒店挺有文藝範，房間的書太政治，我以為老闆把你喜歡簡奧斯丁，會多一些她的書，並沒有。

The room was very neat, tidy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and had several firmness of pillows to choose from, which was great for me. Front Desk staff were top notch, professional, knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend dining at the hotel restaurant. The French Toast was awesome! I'm looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

This hotel is a MUST-SEE for every bibliophile. Each floor and each room have been organized and decorated so thoughtfully as to match the Dewey Decimal Classification of topics. The Reading Room is stocked with books and free refreshments. Bookmarks is an amazing way to end the night at their rooftop lounge and terrace, sipping on book-themed specialty cocktails.

Loved my stay at Library Hotel. Location excellent, facilities were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were super helpful! Perfect hotel for a solo traveller. Restaurant below lovely great menu and drink options. Lovely cocktails!

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is amazingly welcoming and helpful. The building is beautiful, the rooms are so nice and clean, and the food at Madison and Ivy was delicious. There are so many charming details throughout the building. It’s very thoughtfully designed. And you can’t beat the gorgeous rooftop. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s been many years since I stayed at this Library hotel and I am happy to report the experience was a great as it was the last time. The location is an easy walk from Grand Central, which worked well for me coming in by train from New England.The staff was outstanding…. every person I encountered was warm, friendly and very helpful from getting me a big cup of ice for my room when I was leaving the second floor lounge to making sure I had a bottle of water for my train trip home. My room was comfortable and bright with a view of the library. I was meeting up with friends and we had occasion To just relax and visit both at the second floor lounge and in the evening at the rooftop lounge. The only MINOR criticism is the breakfasts at Madison and vine were nothing special. But because of my excellent experience, I will be back again.

Had an amazing stay here in May/June 2024, I could not recommend this hotel any more. Staff were polite and helpful, facilities were clean and it’s in a great location. Housekeeping service was exceptional. Fresh towels and sheets daily, my toiletries and straighteners were tidied up if I hadn’t. The book theme extends all through the hotel and there were even books on the safe! The lounge on the second floor is an oasis of calm, plenty of room in there and there’s tea, coffee machine, water, soft drinks, ice, cereal bars, fruit and nuts. The bookmarks lounge on the roof was great, I recommend the frosé. They give hotel guests a free cheeseboard when 2 drinks are ordered which was a really nice touch! Overall had a fab time here. Would not hesitate to return if I was in NYC again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
