Excellent location 5-10 minutes walk to the main stretch ie beach, shops etc. The hotel room is spacious, bathroom has brass fittings & is spacious shower area. Room has small balcony & nice street view that comes alive at night. It is noisy though 😂 with bar/karaoke music blaring loudly but it does stop around 9pm. For my stay there is construction for the new hotel lobby & additional new wing. When using Grab APP you need to pop in Isena Hotel. Hotel is opposite Vincom shopping mall which has supermarket & chemist onsite Shopping pool area is big & lovely clean pool. Also gym area is good size. Friendly staff absolutely helpful will stay again I never made it to breakfast maybe next time 😊

К нашему сожалению и к радости новых гостей отель находится в стадии реновации. Не все еще номера отремонтированы но нам достался со свежим ремонтом, что сделало пребывания в отеле очень приятным. Единственный минус не работала сауна поскольку планируют в ней ремонт тоже. Завтраки оценить в полной мере не удалось, хотя что видел были достойные, хотя сыра небыло. Suite vue mer 12ème étage Une entrée "cuisine" un salon et une chambre. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Une vraie suite. Le salon et la chambre ont chacun une télé (tv5monde) et une clim. Des grandes fenêtres avec une vue mer/ville. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Petit déjeuner buffet sauf si il n'y a pas assez de monde. Dans ce cas le petit déjeuner est servi à la carte. A 200m de la plage. Restaurants cafés et supermarché a proximité. Personnel attentif efficace et chaleureux Les moins : Wifi trop faible Pas de balcon bien que le descriptif en mentionne un Bruits dus aux travaux de réfection du 11ème étage que le manager a fait cesser suite à ma plainte

일단 윈마트와 빈컴프라자가 코앞이고 주변에 반미판2 와 외국인들 맛집 및 좋은 커피숍이 있는데다가 가격이 엄청 저렴했습니다. 최근 리모델링? 해서 침구류도 깨끗했고 방도 침대도 크고 수영장도 넓은 편이었고 약간이지만 바다도 보였어요. 직원들은 하우스키핑분들까지 전부 친절했구요. 다만 옆에 공사장 소음. 수압이 조금 낮은편이고 학교가 있어서 애들 소음은 있어요. 그래도 진짜 최고였습니다. 다음에 또 오고싶어요.

服務：前台非常熱情，服務很好，前台小姐姐幫我們安排了提前入住。有什麼要求跟前台説，前台都會幫助你。進門前台小哥還會幫你按電梯。好評 衞生：衞生保潔人員也很熱情，會禮貌的和你打招呼。衞生做的也很乾凈。 環境 優點：這次給我們安排的房間環境也很好，房間不會潮濕，也很乾凈。 缺點：酒店不是很隔音，同樓層有房間大半夜還很吵鬧。好在酒店前台小哥積極幫我們溝通，這裏給前台小哥點贊。

Заселили в отель раньше 14-00. Очень понравились завтраки, большой ассортимент, все вкусно, красиво оформлен ресторан. В номере протекала вода из шланга, который подходил к унитазу. Уборка ежедневно, в номере чисто.Кондиционер хорошо охлаждал. Расположен отель в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, в центре города.Ночью очень шумно, под окнами проходит дорога. Бассейн на верхнем этаже чистый. В целом отель оставил приятное впечатление.

Прекрасный отель, очень атмосферный в виду новой концепции, впечатляет сразу со входа. Просторные номера, хорошая звукоизоляция. Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки. В этот отель обязательно вернемся снова.

Отдыхал с семьей в этом отеле. Номера были совмещенные. Чистота, комфорт, отличные завтраки, бассейн и СПА. Удобно добираться до материка и там гулять по вечернему городу.

Отель просто великолепный! Прекрасное обслуживание, уютные номера и отличная кухня. Понравилось всё: от вежливого персонала до удобного расположения. Однако, стоит отметить, что в нашем номере был слышен шум ремонта, что немного мешало расслабиться. В целом, рекомендую этот отель, но лучше уточнить о времени проведения работ.

這是目前在越南住的最有性價比的酒店。服務態度很好，服務員還懂中文。有餐廳。這個頂樓有游泳池，有健身房，頂樓是個休閑的好場所。房間的價位相對也不高，我住的標準雙人間，.房間還比較大，裏面一般該有的都有。離海灘也比較近。如果去芽莊，這家酒店對我這種一定是首選。
