Holiday Inn Express Nice - Grand Arenas recensioner

The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget.

Nice place to stay for those who need to travel in the earliest morning. Helpful stuffs, clean interior, and great service!

Good and decent hotel to stay. Quite near the airport, you can go to the airport in the tram.

It is close to no where, not even airport. I had to take a tram and then drag my luggage walking 10 min to reach the hotel. Nice is a small city, just book another hotel in the city it will be more worth it

Everything was perfect ! The reception staff are really kind and warm.

這次入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，服務人員熱情周到，位置也好找，下次還來！酒店位置便利，周邊美食多。房間佈置温馨，衞生過關，離機場、火車站都是近在咫尺！早餐豐富多樣，工作人員服務也很貼心，很滿意這次的住宿。

設施：基本的需求都有，風筒，USB插電口都能滿足 衞生：還行，看上去是乾淨的！ 服務：就是辦理入住和退房，免費保存了一下行李！ 環境：卧室簡潔明亮！關鍵這個酒店就在火車站旁邊，去周邊小鎮和市區非常方便！價格也不高！強烈推薦！ 缺點：唯一就是早餐！實在接受不了，衹吃麪包/麥片，酸奶，火腿/香腸，或者炒蛋！太簡單了！

酒店從機場可以步行過去，離電車站很近，前台服務態度很好。房間沒有一次性用品，早餐一般，總體性價比較高。

Hotel situato vicino all'aeroporto ed ai mezzi di trasporto. Con le fermate del tram a due passi e la stazione ugualmente per andare sia in aeroporto che verso il centro città. Posizione strategica sia per chi ha la macchina che per chi si deve spostare con i mezzi. Non sono presenti negozi nelle vicinanze di nessun tipo ed anche locali, se non i ristoranti degli alberghi. Personale gentile e disponibile, parcheggio a pagamento, e con un pò di fortuna trovabile nei dintorni, anche se ci sono molti lavori in questa zona (gennaio 2024). Colazione buona ed essenziale.

房間乾淨整潔，距離機場特別近，不忙的話步行可達，酒店為我免費升級了，從假日升級到皇冠假日。在一棟樓裏。早餐很好，超過預期。

房間次日冲涼時沒有熱水，報告大堂後不久前台到來檢查無法修復並即時替我們換房換房前更先到房間檢查熱水情況，值得一贊。 酒店有機場免費輕軌途經很方便。但因我們自駕找停車場出入口非常困難，車場出入口沒有酒店標誌，建議找到入口後立即記錄座標方便出去後可找到出入口。
