convenient location to 地獄谷 and next the 温泉街. Spacious spa with different spa water: sulphur, sea salt and iron to choose and enjoy. Very nice dinner buffet!

We had a lovely onsen trip! The hotel provides a good variety of hot springs, each with its own charm. Highly recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy Noboribetsu’s famous hot springs.

Nice hotel, great location, you can easily walk to every attraction in Noboribetsu. At first, they gave me a very old and smelly room I was very disappointed because it was pretty expensive. Then I asked for another one and they gave me a nicer room. The onsen and the meal (dinner and breakfast) were great.

The dinner buffet provided by the Hotel was tasty with variety of food. Their sashimi and long leg crabs were fresh and you had to try. But the Hotel gave me a room that had no views and just beside the rooftop. That made us very disappointed because I thought I had the privilege to had better room via Trip.com’s booking.

The room is excellent with large space. Especially for the bathroom, it is wonderful with a spa area. Besides, the hotel provides lots of equipments in the room.

Hotel room was clean. Very nice sulphur onsen. Many noisy tourists. Outdoor parking so you need to remove snow by yourself. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Very close to the tourist spot nearby.

The room is very big and the onsen is awesome! But the food is a bit cold

Great location. Very clean hotel perhaps the cleanest we’ve so far for this trip. Staff are nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet are great. Downside is that one onsen pool is rotate between male and female so the date we stay it’s male pool and cannot be used.

Good hotel with nice Onsen facilities. Has decent food options and very close by to attractions.

Room with private onsen was definitely worth the money. Service and cleanliness was great. Only downside was that the town itself is inaccessible, only serviced by 1-2 bus

Hair and stain on the bedding, walls are not sound proof, can get noisey at night when people walk past your room.
