We want to share a nice holiday. 1 .High quality service and very friendly staff. 2. The service department is successful in food and beverage. 3. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Friendly staff greets you at the 4th entrance. 5.The food is delicious. 6. interest and relevance is quite high. Our room is calm and quiet with a sea view. delicious cocktails are served in the lobby and in the bars. I would also like to thank the manager Mr. Mehmet during the day. This hotel is the address where your dreams come true. Meals, a wide variety of drinks, a very nice dessert section, a variety of bean coffee machines, it makes very good coffee

Bu otele ikinci gidişimiz, herşey mükemmeldi, sadece akşam yemeklerinde ana yemek çeşitleri artırılsa iyi olur. Çoğu zaman snack bar daha iyiydi

Otelin konumu, bulunduğu lokasyonun yoğunluk derecesi, otelin imkanları beklediğimizden çok daha iyiydi. Teodora isimli ek yapıda kaldık ve gidene kadar ek tesis olması sebebiyle şüphelerimiz vardı. Fakat ek tesisi görünce tüm şüphelerimiz yok oldu. Verilen oda oldukça geniş, güzel dizayn edilmiş, manzaralı ve gürültüden uzaktı. Nitekim birçok eğlence vardı otelimizde ve çevre otellerde. Biz akşam hiçbirinin sesini duymadık. Açık büfe iyi olmasına rağmen teodoranin restoranı şahaneydi. Somon tereyaki ve farmesanlı fettuccini ve kahvaltısı mutlaka denenmeli. Theodoranın ayrı havuzu kalabalık değildi. Ek tesis ile asıl tesis arasında sadece 2 dk yürüme mesafesi var. Otelin plajı güzel olmasına rağmen otelin kusuru olmamakla beraber denizi pek temiz denilemez. Şezlong sayısı yeterliydi. Çoğunlukla yabancı turist ağırlıyor. Gittiğimizde tek Türk bizdik. Otelin pastanesi, oturulabilecek yerleri de çok beğendik. Birçok yabancı personeli vardı otelin. Yabancılar biraz donuk olmasına rağmen vatandaş personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. 3 a la carte restoran vardı balık Osmanlı ve İtalyan olmak üzere. Biz Osmanlı’yı denedik ve memnun kaldık. 4 gun için gittiğimiz otelden her açıdan memnun kaldık diyebiliriz. Özellikle otel personeli Buse hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi. Teşekkürü kendisine bir borç biliriz. Bu fiyat skalasında tercih edilebilecek en iyi otellerden biri. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir.

Обслуживающий персонал в ресторане и баре не соблюдают этику отдыха и туризма. Вай фай в номере , и средство гигиены полностью отсутствует.

Последили в другой корпус не Делюкс, а теодор. Отель свалил вину на вас, что внутри программа показывает бронь в теадоре, а у меня в ваучере нет об этом информации Нет халатов нигде, вайфай не работает от слова совсем будьте готовы, тратить свой интернет, фруктов практически нет яблоко апельсины это ппцц для Турции продавать клубнику на пляже за 4 доллара, и специально в отели её не давать, аналогично с арбузами, когда еще и не сезон, фрукты за деньги пожалуйста,🙈🙈🙈 В Мерсине в отелях 3 и 4 звезды и то есть все сезонные ягоды и фрукты Балконы грязные как будто никогда не моют Виды красивые, еда остальная вполне нормальная и вкусная, но для 5ки разнообразия мало Спасибо что гезлюме на пляже бесплатно 😅😅они очень вкусные

Hello, i hope you will find my review useful and informative This is my second time In Justiniano Deluxe. Last year I stayed here for 2 weeks. And I’d like to say that some good changes have happened. First of all, INTERNET IS WORKING THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK, YAY! Connection is good even on the beach. Last year, internet connection was a complete DISASTER! Also, there are some new spots and locations in the hotel, that weren’t available last year, like a pool bar, which is great. This year, Mehmet does amazing cocktails, I suggest you should try his masterpieces. It’s a game changer! This time i like Moonlight bar even better than lobby bar. No more never ending lines. Although i find menu in the main restaurant more appealing and various than it was last year, there wasn’t a single serve of the red fish. ‍♀️ Big thanks to guest relation, Gulnara is very helpful! And again, Mehmet, your cocktails are amazing!

This Hotel is fabulous. We booked 21 days here. We got married during our stay too. I requested a nice room because the holiday was also our honeymoon. We were provided with a fabulous honeymoon suite at no extra cost. Thank you so much for this. All the staff were fabulous and very helpful. Entertainment team were exceptionally good. I would like to mention the reception staff too Emrah, Nadia and Iroda who were very helpful to us during our stay. The food was fabulous and presented beautifully. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful Hotel Orhan and Sandy.. xxx

The whole visit was wonderful. We came as a family of all ages including 4 months old. Great facilities from fantastic restaurant, coffee shops, pool area and even chickens and peacocks on the grounds. It's extremely family friendly lots of different nationalities visit. I'm vegetarian, so food wasn't an issue ever. Great selection to choose from. The beach is very close to the hotel and the hotel rooms have great amenities. All the staff were very helpful and always willing to answer questions or even have a chat with you. Super friendly, feels like a real community. A hotel I would definitely visit again.
