Svar från boendet: 給您帶來不愉快的入住體驗，我們感到十分的抱歉。①本酒店選擇一次性牙杯的原因是更加安全和衞生。②熱水壺每次客人退房之後我們都會精心的清理和高温消毒。③本酒店所有的燈光都是偏向暗系，沒有采用白色燈光。這樣會給客人柔和，温馨的感覺。④服務一般這個問題，我們表示真誠的歉意，我們會提高這方面的能力。⑤靠近地鐵站很吵這個問題我們無法理解，地鐵是在地下運營而且地鐵23點半就停止運營了。這個吵就十分的不可思議。⑥對於早餐差這個問題我們也表示十分的懷疑。本酒店早餐提供肉類菜餚8種，蔬菜4種，水果1種，沙拉1種，主食有米飯，炒麪，麪包，以及各種飲料，牛奶，茶，咖啡。這樣的早餐衹需要1000日幣。在日本1000日幣在別的地方是很少有類似的地方的。
