Niagara Hotel Lake Toba & Resorts recensioner

This hotel has the most stunning view that I've ever stayed in! If you can, do request for the lake view. Staff are all 100% friendly.

Located on the top of the hill, excellent view of Toba Lake, perfect place for photography, amazing sunset view.

Good location Very nice view

Perfect getaway for the family. Celebrated Christmas and everything was great. Tidy and clean spacious rooms. A beautiful view and many activities to rely on. Will definitely recommend it

the hotel and location are interesting, just the way in and out is a little remote and a little far from the city. amazing scenery.

Probably best hotel at Parapat Samosir. The view of lake toba from the hotel is amazing. The room is very clean and the staffs are really friendly.

Really enjoyed by the scenery of the Toba Lake😍 so happy, the room is clean, but there was some troubles when i want to checked out the receptionist said that we lost the mug, but that was OB’s fault, except from that everything soo nice, we’ll definitely come back!!

Clean and cozy

Very basic for standard room. There is no socket beside bed, only beneath TV

The view and the location are amazing here. The room and patio were clean and spacious. The staff are nice. The food is ok. Make sure you bring cash. They seem to have an issue with their card reader. I was double charged for food because the signal dropped and I was told this happened to somebody else like a week before me. It took about five days for me to get my money back and it felt like I was working for it. The closest ATM is about a mile walk away down the mountain, which is steep, but beautiful. They say they have 24 hour room service, but they only had one meal available for order. Outside of the annoying issue with the card reader this was a nice place to stay.

Have stayed at Deluxe Room with cost of SGD 173 per night for 2 pax. Like the room cleanliness. Will come back here again.

As deluxe room fully booked, i had no choices to book standard room. Check in and got room with back door aside of road which staff pass frequently, noisy bike and truck. Some garbage from above room. Started, I thought booking by trip.com has no diamond member privilege.
