(Dee tower) - Nice and clean room. - wifi speed strong - breakfast is nice - location is still ok depending which tower u stay - staff is friendly - Too many guest from a certain ASIA country infested the place which makes the place uncomfortable base on their culture and saw the staff being bullied by their unreasonable request and demand. Sad to say it’s our 1st time trying this hotel and even the hotel did a fantastic job , majority of my friends asked won’t be back the next time.

Hotel is pretty new unfortunately the Aircon did smell mould Just next to soi 6 so expect it to be a bit noisy also late on the other side is a huge parking The poor rules are very strict But they did not mention not to poo 🙄

Very nice, close to the beach and easy access to everywhere. The ocean view rooms have large balconies and are very spacious.

Good hotel at affordable price. I would recommend it to people especially those who like to enjoy bar girls as it is very near Soi 6 *** ***** ****. Swimming pool is lovely and breakfast is tasty. The beach is a short 5 minutes walk away. The attached cafe near beach Road 1 is a good dining option.

This hotel is a great. 2nd time booking this hotel and it never disappoints me. Location is right where you want to be. Near Terminal21 and Central mall, with amenities like 711 just opposite the hotel and the beach just beside. Baht bus available both ways, massage parlours and bars are plentiful with just 5 minutes walking distance, as well as a night market just 2 minutes walk. Staffs are friendly and English spoken for easy communication.

Our first expression when we first got to the hotel was that it was clean and classy. Upon arriving to our room, we realized that we got the ocean view in the D tower. It was spacious and clean. It had a a lot of light coming in. It was convenient as the Pattaya Beach Market is just 5 mins by walking. You can also see it from the room. There are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The staff were friendly, we asked for some plates, bowls and spoons to our room, and they had a good attitude from start to finish. We’ll definitely consider coming back again when we visit Pattaya. Thank you Pattaya Discovery.

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience, Would Never Come Back I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We booked a certain type of room at Discovery Pattaya Hotel, but they gave us something completely different — smaller, older, and nothing like the photos. When we brought it up at the reception, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us, they started arguing and behaved very badly. It honestly felt like they were trying to cheat us, and they didn’t care at all about fixing the issue. No apology, no solution — just attitude. We felt completely unwelcome from the moment we checked in. Hospitality here is non-existent. I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else — there are far better options in Pattaya where you’ll actually be treated with respect.

Great location, staff friendly apart from one lady at reception. On arrival had lipstick on one coffee cup, shower only had hot water, too hot to have a shower and tv kept losing the picture. They fixed all problems as soon as I asked. Food was great and plentiful. Amenities were very good. Security were really friendly and funny. Overall a good place to stay

Everything was good. The pools were nice. We had a comfortable stay. The hotel was located at a convenient location. The only thing bad was it was quite noisy late into the night as it was near entertainment alley.

Customer service is really good. Nice location and convenient.  Will book again next time.

HOTEL HAS GOOD LOCATION BECAUSE IT'S NEXT TO THE BEACH AND BACK OF HOTEL IS ROAD GOOD FOR CONNECTION BREAKFAST BUFFETS WERE OK STAFF WERE FRIENDLY

Well located few minutes walk from the pattaya beach, staff are pleasantly helpful, cleanliness beyond my expectation!

I had a room on the 12th floor in the Chic Tower which was really good: very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, very quiet. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal wasn't good, it kept cutting out or was non-existent at times, but overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.
