"Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed."

"After checking in, I put my luggage in the room and left quickly to take care of some work. When I came back, I found an elderly woman and a Black woman behind her entering a code and unlocking my room door. I immediately went up to question them, but I got no response. They even blocked me outside the door. By the time I managed to get into the room, both of them had already left. I then messaged the owner, but received no reply at all. This situation made me feel extremely unsafe, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My laptop, tablet, phone, and bank cards were all inside the room. I do not understand how they knew the code or why they were able to open my door. This experience has seriously raised concerns about the hotel’s security and management."

"The hostel location is lowkey too quite and far from everything if you are not local but they have train station nearby I’m just not comfortable to walk around that much"
