När jag checkade in bad jag om toaletten, personalen berättade för mig vart jag skulle gå och naturligtvis gick jag rakt in på toaletten - och rakt in i en pöl med avloppsvatten upp till anklarna. Tydligen var detta en ny anställd så jag skyller inte på den stackars killen som berättade för mig. Detta borde dock ha kommunicerats mellan personalen så att det inte hände. Jag har tillbringat mina fyra dagar i phi phi orolig för eventuella infektionssymptom. Rekommenderar inte denna plats. Receptionisten var lynnig och rummen var inte bra. Jag flyttade ut efter 1 natt eftersom chefen tog en hel dag att godkänna återbetalningen (förmodligen bara så att de kan få 1 natts lön). När återbetalningen godkändes var klockan 11.00 nästa dag (den allmänna utcheckningstiden) och receptionisten försökte tala om för mig att om jag inte kommer ut i det ögonblicket kommer jag att betala för en annan dag - trots att jag bara hade hörde att jag kunde checka ut och få en återbetalning. Betala hellre mer för en bra tid.

Bra personal och bra läge. Rummen är enkla men det är att förvänta sig med priset! Önska att jag visste att det inte skulle finnas något varmvatten i rummen innan du checkar in! Överlag bra vistelse.

Trevligt litet rum utanför staden och borta från festområdet

Platsen var trevlig och ren, vänlig i receptionen. Bra vibbar runt om, och ett bra avstånd till handlingen men tillräckligt långt för att det var tyst på natten.

Platsen är en lång promenad från stranden. Vilket gör en lång vandring med bagage. Inte heller lämpligt för mat eller något annat. Det är dock långt borta från festen och musiken så att du kan komma tillbaka till ditt rum när som helst på natten och inte bli störd av buller. Personalen är inte hjälpsam. Inga bekvämligheter som vattenflaskor. Ett uttag för stickproppar.

Bed is hard, q little bit loud from tourist from street and hotel.

The location was pretty decent - its very near the viewpoint, which makes it easy to travel there especially with the walk being quite steep, you save some time and energy. It is considered to be within the main area of Phi Phi island, making it accessible to many shops and F&B. It being a 1-star hotel, expectations must also be adjusted accordingly. Cleanliness was not bad, no random stains or hair on the bed and the bed was nicely done up during our visit. Would like if they offered daily cleaning service but the cleaning service can be requested for every 2 nights stay which is still fair. Service was good, they offered us water upon arrival and when we left. There is also a push trolley service where they can send your bags to the ferries area for 50Baht which is pretty OK considering it is a 1-star hotel. Facilities wise, wish that they had hot water, it had only cold water which is refreshing on a hot day but preferred if we had the option to adjust. Please also check if your room has air-con when booking. Ours didn't have it because I assumed the rooms would naturally have it but the room we booked didn't have it. The fan provided at the maximum speed, was not cooling enough for me. I felt like I still sweat a lot in the room which is not ideal.

Rooms were pretty small and basic but is fine if out most of day. Had AC but cold water showers (was fine given the heat). Pretty good location too. The staff were very hard to get hold of to organise the free pick up from the pier (not picking up phone/responding to emails/instagram) so staff from other hotels had to call them for us which worked out in the end. They offer free coffee in the mornings which is a benefit

No a/c, which is written but still quite tough, think twice. However there is a fan. When I was in the room, I held the door opened. The bed isn’t that comfy but fine. Hosts ask to go barefoot and leave shoes near the stairs. On the first day I got a free bottle of water. Only after two days I found out that could drink tea and coffee for free also. On the last day they gave guest bedside tables.

Good size room, away from the party area of town but still close enough to access everything. Close to the viewpoint walk.
