Our stay in Grand World Phu Quoc was exceptional! The free shuttle bus was incredibly convenient. What truly impressed us was the friendly host and their outstanding support, always going above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We booked a twin room but there were only rooms with double beds. The hotel offered to cancel the reservation or stay with what they had. The room was smoky. The location is very convenient, there is a bus station and Venice River nearby.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great, close to the airport shuttle, water taxi station, and the Teddy Bear Museum. The shower gel has a rather strange smell, and the hotel floor gets a bit sticky when your feet are wet.
