Anläggningarna är lite slitna, de gamla lakan, myggnät och handdukar är också skadade och kranen har mycket tjocka vattenfläckar. På morgonen kan nästa rum direkt hjälpa dig med morgonsamtalet, och du kan höra varje ord han säger tydligt. Det finns gratis djurskådning på natten där kameleonter möter dig utanför ditt hus. Det finns myror i rummet, och nattfjärilar faller från taket för att ta ett bad med dig. Alla ovanstående tjänster är helt gratis. Vattnet i badkaret är inte längre varmt när det är halvfyllt. Erfarenheten är lite dålig. Det låg en bukett med 200 rosor i bagageförvaringen, men han lade den platt och krossade rosorna. Han har inget sunt förnuft.

Detta är ett magiskt hotell som upptar hela Ocean Bay och bildar ett storskaligt hotell med Ocean Bay Hotel intill. Servitörerna är mycket entusiastiska, semesterkänslan är perfekt, restaurangen vid havet kan njuta av den vackraste solnedgången, priset är mycket passande och servitörerna talar engelska. 95 % av turisterna är européer, amerikaner och koreaner, och de kommer att komma igen i framtiden.

Det är 30 minuter från flygplatsen. Strandutsikten på hotellet är mycket bra. Du kan hyra en motorcykel och köra till den vackraste solnedgångsrestaurangen Camia på 10 minuter. Det är ganska tyst här. Hotellservicen är trevlig. Alla kan ta en batteribil till ditt rum.

The service at the hotel was quite good, and the environment feels like a semi-natural resort. However, the bathroom had a really terrible smell, and it was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all. Also, I believe cleanliness is the most basic standard for any hotel, but the bedsheet was extremely dirty. Did you not change it at all? 早上六点鸡就开始打鸣了，7点外面开始有人扫街，太吵了，但是服务真的很好。早餐网上吹的太好了，实际非常一般

Very nice and green area with beautiful pool to disconnect from your busy working week. Many nice spots for photo. Nice restaurant for dinner however, the western food item is so so.

Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive.

It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more  expensive and sea view room. Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.  Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect. I like to thank again to the staffs.  Best of Luck🙂 Hally

Wonderful location Good food only lacking in service at Dek the close everything at 9:45. After that no food Menu even in rooms ..!! Hotel need to work on this rest Every thing is Best

The beach was not swimmable as it was too wavy, would be good if the shower had more pressure, but overall the service was great indeed.

On arrival we had an issue with the air conditioning unit but the management team were very efficient and the upgraded our room. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider booking this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

the private beach was nice for a relaxing stay. however, resort is quite far from phu quoc main attraction places. food was delicious tho.
