Baan Karon Hill Phuket Resort recensioner

Hotellet är mycket gammalt, men personalen försöker - de städar rummet dagligen, tvättar golven, vilket är ovanligt för Ty. Allt faller samman, du kan säga nej till kaféet, du behöver inte ens äta frukost - jag har aldrig sett värre. Men allt detta kompenseras av utsikten från balkongen. Alla rum vetter mot havet. Varje dag finns det magnifika solnedgångar som present. Balkongerna är rymliga, du kan sitta och titta på utan att rusa. Men det är bättre att gå ner och se solen på stranden. Det finns ett vilt kafé på sanden nedanför. Priserna är höga, men maten är bra. Du kan bara klättra upp med god fysisk förberedelse. Trots att vi var med 3 barn gick de varje dag.

Отличный отель, все чисто и красиво. Много зелени, небольшой видовой бассейн. Быстро можно дойти до моря. Хороший сервис и персонал.

Отель нас не принял,не смотря на заранее оплаченные дни ещё в ноябре.Обманом отправил в другой отель на другой пляж на один день якобы,сказали ,что заберут.В результате рано утром привезли деньги за отель и оставили их на рецепшн.Типа мы с вами в расчете.Хозяйка этого отеля,в который нас отвезли на раздолбанном грузовике была сестрой хозяина Баан.Прикинулась,что она его не знает,и номеров у нее тоже для нас больше нет.До свиданья.Вот так встретил нас Пхукет

Живете в джунглях, и конечно у вас будут домашние питомцы(гиконы).До ближайших магазинов 30 мин пешком ходьбы , рядом пару вкусных рестов. Вид из окна сумасшедший. Вниз на пляж спускаться по лестнице крутой , и подниматься тоже. Но есть шатл, попросите отвезти. Ко всему привыкаешь , и уезжать было очень грустно! 😘

Друзья, читайте внимательно отзывы! Отель находится на горе. До пляжа и обратно пешком довольно тяжело идти. До ближайших магазинов тоже очень далеко. Я оплатила проживание в этом отеле заранее. Года приехала в отель мне сказали что нет мест! Женщина на ресепшн начала придумывать оправдания, сказала что виноват сайт, через который я покупала проживание. Так как вай-фая у них нет, мне пришлось оплатить дорогую сотовую связь чтобы связаться с сайтом бронирования, они сказали что с бронью всё хорошо. Это вина отеля. Мне вернули деньги, но так как это высокий сезон, найти новое жильё было довольно сложно

Проживали в середине ноября 2024 года. Улучшенный номер. С балконом,вид на море. Это здание с номерами на самом верху,где находится лобби. Номер просторный. Подушки,пледы внутри пододеяльника страшные. В пятнах,разводах. Мебель в стиле антикварной. Уже пошарпанная. Это во многих отелях Таиланда. Живность в виде одного огромного таракана, многоножек видели в номере. На балконе муравьи. Не оставляйте еду. Персонал отличный. Пытаются помочь в любой ситуации. Завтраки однообразные. Скудные. Есть бассейн с лежаками и зонтами,но он находится посередине холма. Т.е между лобби и пляжем. Дорога к пляжу и обратно составляет крутой подъем. Можно вызвать шаттл ,чтобы вниз доехать. Но только до бассейна. Далее,к пляжу,тоже, крутые ступеньки вниз. Проходя пляж, сразу проходишь 2 неприятно пахнущих потока воды,вливающихся в море. Сам пляж Карон отличный. Но подъем обратно в номер,по лютой жаре,конечно, совсем не располагает вернуться в этот отель снова.

I booked 2 rooms in "Baan Karon Hill" a month before, payed for it in full 3 days before check-in. When we arrived at the hotel, Hotel director told me, that there is only 1 room. They couldn't give us 2 rooms, booked and fully payed by me. Hotel director told us to cancel reservation in Agoda and to find another hotel. She told that Agoda refund my money. I think she tried to deceive me, because there was the Cancellation policy to incur a charge of 100% of the booking value. If I canceled I lost my money and booking. We were very tired and agreed to live in old bungalow. It was terrible. But the most terrible was the fact that Hotel director told us "My hotel is so popular, that she don't take into account Agoda and early reservation". I spoke with other guests, they told me the same story. Hotel director sent pregnant woman with 5-yo child in the center of Phuket island it the first day! Because "Baan Karon Hill" didn't have her room. Room that was booked and 100% payed! It's horrible! I read reviews and it's regular problem in "Baan Karon Hill".

We arrived after travelling for over 9 hours shattered and was told we didn't have a room which we had prepaid on a website for the night the lady said she did email us but difficult to check emails when your travelling by boat and coach. We did check emails and she did email us at 6pm considering we could check in from 2 was a little suspicious. She had arranged for us to stay in a sister hotel about 10 mins away we had no choice really it wasn't too bad but air con didn't work so they gave us a fan not great. The next day we were sent a taxi to collect us should have been 10 turned up at 11 so another 1/2 day wasted. The booking was for a bungalow but didn't get this but the bonus was the view from the room was beautiful the room itself was very dated rips in voiles mould on bathroom door and patched up walls where bedroom light used to be also mixed bedding, no hairdryer,mini bar no coffee facilities all were stated on website. Very disappointing. The hill to the beach and pool was the steepest hill I have ever climbed there was a lift in a tuk tuk which we did use twice the guy complained when we asked him and said to walk but my husband had a swollen foot and struggling to walk so he did give us a lift. The pool was ok lots of cracked tiles and very dated the steps to the beach were quite steep but once there the beach was lovely. The lady was very nice but all a in all this was probably one of the worst hotels we have stayed in on our trip.

Not sure what is wrong with this place. Lost my prepaid reservation and gave me the cheapest room even though I showed the confirmation. No service, no bottled water, facilities are in disrepair. Must have been a great place 30 years ago. Now? Not!! (Experienced traveler in Asia and Thailand so trust what I say).
