"Myself and my husband have just came back from staying here yesterday and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I’d booked the accommodation and then read the reviews which left me feeling disappointed with my choice HOWEVER how wrong those reviews were. The location of the property is excellent and right in the centre, handy for all of the attractions and round the corner from the metro line and walking distance to the central bus station or train station should you want to travel further afield like us. The room was spacious and clean, it was refreshed every day with new soap and shower gel if you don’t take your own and had bottles of water and orange juice every day. The breakfast is pre packaged but if you're like us we like to eat out while on holiday so didn’t bother us but I will say that the muffins were nice and the coffee pods were lovely. (Usually you have to pay extra at places for coffee pods). If I was to offer advice to the owners would be to make it easier to get the key code to enter the property as I found it very stressful to have to constantly contact them on the day of arrival to get the code to enter the building as I was ready to book another hotel as it want made very clear when booking what the process would be and felt like we’d been forgotten. I would also advise to let people know that some of the rooms have sliding doors, we were told that our keys would be on the table so we followed the instruction given by text and found no keys in sight, however it was a sliding door so could have been advised if this instead of contacting them again to say no keys were there. We would stay here again."

"På grund av vulkanens påverkan förändrades vistelsedatumet plötsligt, men husägaren Andrea reagerade flexibelt. Hotellet är bara några steg från stationen, bara några steg från staden, rumet är mycket rent, jag kan använda diskmaskin och luftkonditionering utan problem. Det är en speciell frukost som de ger mig bra bröd, frukt, kaffe och så vidare. Det viktigaste är att affärsmannen Andrea var väldigt vänlig och han flyttade bagage och tog hand om mig.Det var intressant.Tack så mycket. Om jag får chansen att komma tillbaka till Katanga, så vill jag stanna."

"Hotellet och ägaren var bra.Jag borde nämna platsen för det är en 20-30 minuters promenad till centrum.För dem som inte gillar långa promenader finns det en busshållplats nära."

"När vi anlände var vi lite förvirrade när vi trodde att vi stannade i byggnaden vi såg på EasyJet webbplats.Den byggnaden är utsikten från var vi stannade.Ingången är en dörr i en gata utanför huvudvägen. Det finns en dörr för trappan och en andra dörr för hissen.Vi var lite skeptiska, men vi gick för att titta på rummen innan vi bokade in. Frasen "döm inte en bok med dess täckning" är mycket lämplig.Rummen, även om de inte är redo, var rena och rymliga.Luftkonditioneringen var fantastisk och mycket nödvändig eftersom den var långt över genomsnittlig temperatur under årets tid i Sicilien. Frukost levereras inte på plats.Vi fick en frukostkupong på kvällen innan för en kaffe på vägen.Jag rekommenderar att du stannar här och inte låta gränden skjuta dig."

"Lovely, beautiful, great location. This is a 5 * or highest rating that you can give. The bed was comfortable. There is the ability to make coffee in the morning. Although there is some noise at night from the pubs below with the windows close and shutters it is barely audible. The security entry system is easy to use. Nice little restaurants and park just out the door. Service from manager and cleaning service was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place, it smelled so great also like the foyer area."
