i LOVED my entire stay here, i would definitely book this place again. the whole experience was lovely!

I spent an unforgettable 11 nights at Mandarava Resort and Spa, perched above Karon Beach. Over nearly two weeks, I discovered fresh delights each day, from sunrise yoga on the hillside to candlelit dinners overlooking the Andaman Sea. We will come back again next year.

The room is nice, good view and overall a nice stay. Had the pleasure of a cicada stuck in my curtains when i woke up, which was very happy when i opened the balcony door for it. The couch on the side is very nice to lay and eat snacks on

This Hotel is far from town , if you love peace and silent …this is the best place. We enjoyed during our stay in Mandavara , we will be back .

We have stayed in Mandarava three times! We always had a pleasant stay there. Spacious room, yummy breakfast, friendly staff and nice swimming pools. Even though the resort is located up the hill, its walkable distance to the Karon beach, restaurants and a nearby night market. We will come back again!

Good and serene resort to stay. They broke my bag and repaired so carelessly that it broke again on very next day. Ruined my whole trip. Secondly, booked room for two nights and requested to assign us same room for which they charged me 500 thb. Disappointed. Never expected this. Mostly properties accommodate such small requests as a goodwill gesture.

A Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had high expectations for this so-called "5-star" hotel, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The air conditioner in my room was leaking non-stop, creating a huge puddle on the floor. When I informed the staff, their solution was to move me to another room—at 1:00 AM! To make things worse, they insisted that I sleep in a room without air conditioning in the middle of the humid Thai heat. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be luxury. The staff showed no empathy, and their only concern was getting rid of the problem rather than fixing it. The service was unprofessional, the management was unhelpful, and the overall experience was miserable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

How do I start? Hmm, okay... The resort was superb! Im a person that will look into reviews comment about specific hotel. So I choose Mandarava since I read a lot of positive review about this resort! It was my superb time at here! The staff was friendly and kind! I love their foooodddd it was so damn nice and super fast!!! 💕💕💕😍😍😍 but the thing that need to be improvise is communication. I was a bit dissappointed when I have to bear the trouble becuase of their miscommunication between hotel and trips.com agency. But nevertheless I enjoyed my time here!

More than an hour away from the airport, but great choice if you don’t plan on venturing out of the resort much. Multiple pools, good breakfast.

Wonderful, peaceful and must stay resort. Well maintained. It was perfect for my 2 nights stay. Best choice even if you intend to stay longer.

Welcoming staff, great hospitality, amazing customer service.. 10/10 honestly. Made our stay so comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! My infant daughter also loved the staff members, we definitely plan on coming back soon!
