A Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had high expectations for this so-called "5-star" hotel, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The air conditioner in my room was leaking non-stop, creating a huge puddle on the floor. When I informed the staff, their solution was to move me to another room—at 1:00 AM! To make things worse, they insisted that I sleep in a room without air conditioning in the middle of the humid Thai heat. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be luxury. The staff showed no empathy, and their only concern was getting rid of the problem rather than fixing it. The service was unprofessional, the management was unhelpful, and the overall experience was miserable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

How do I start? Hmm, okay... The resort was superb! Im a person that will look into reviews comment about specific hotel. So I choose Mandarava since I read a lot of positive review about this resort! It was my superb time at here! The staff was friendly and kind! I love their foooodddd it was so damn nice and super fast!!! 💕💕💕😍😍😍 but the thing that need to be improvise is communication. I was a bit dissappointed when I have to bear the trouble becuase of their miscommunication between hotel and trips.com agency. But nevertheless I enjoyed my time here!

Location is far from center, perfect for getaway if you just want to chill in hotel. Services provided were good, room was clean. Close to nature.

Although the hotel location is not close to the Center of Karon Beach, the hotel is beautiful and staff are very nice and helpful. The room is newly furnished and comfortable.

It is a really nice hotel, the staff is kind and understanding, they will fulfill your wants and help you to arrange different kind of activities.

Its awonderfull hotel just perfect

after staying for 2 nights and 3 days. I'm an Asian. Not all employees, but some employees, especially mango pool bartender and check-in employees, experienced racism. I felt very unpleasant and racist as an Asian woman. The order was not quick, I waited endlessly without explanation. I had to wait for the check-in after Western check-in, and it was very unpleasant, but I endured it because I didn't want to ruin the travel mood, and I leave feedback like this after the trip. I hope it will be improved, and if this part is improved, Mandaraba Resort will be recognized as a world-class Phuket attraction.

Although the location is not as convenient as other hotels, that what you have expected when you made your booking I guess. It is a difference kind of experiences. You stay on top of the hill and able to have a city view. The facilities are great, there are couples pools at different locations, breakfast was great with lots of variety. Oh ... one more thing, you would be taken to your hotel room by "carts" ...... Nice experience!

I love this hotel, second time visiting. It's off the beaten track so very peaceful, but still super easy to get into the centre or to the beach. The staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Rooms are perfect and very spacious.
