It’s understandable that when you book a lake-view room, you expect to get exactly that, not to be told excuses or given a room that doesn’t meet your expectations. The issues with the A/C and hot water add to the dissatisfaction, too, especially when it disrupted your plans.It’s good to hear that the staff was courteous and that the breakfast was up to standard, but overall, it seems like the service and quality weren’t in line with what you were promised for a 4-star hotel. Your constructive reviews are always welcoming. For sure we will serious with these things and do better in future. If you let us earn your trust definitely you will feel the difference.
