Everything was perfect the staff were amazing location was excellent I would definitely recommend the donner portals

這家酒店要15:30入住，入住會進行一波推銷，要你升級房型，然後説現在升級衹需要99歐元，然後加上税，最後變成多加110歐元，我覺得推薦不是很舒服。而且看着前台態度特別好，但是有點假。房間還是可以的，是側面海景房。 然後就是電梯，雖然有三個，但是專門不能使用。 然後酒店在斜坡上，停車位置有限，很難停，而且一晚上停車費不便宜。 房間洗漱用品是陶瓷罐，放在特別小的平台上，但是洗澡的時候，你需要擠，導致沐浴露罐會倒到地上。 早晨是點單式，雖然味道不錯，但是有點油。吐司都是橄欖油煎過，所以特別油。 門口沙灘第一晚碰到晚上全被淹沒，第二天沙灘慘狀，但其實白天入住的時候還是很漂亮的。 但是酒店房間還是不錯，看出去還可以。

It was extraordinary right by a beach aswel so not long of a walk the service was welcoming and the food was top tier overall great

A superb hotel in terms of staff, location, design and service. The rooms are large and the views from sea or side sea rooms are beautiful. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. The beach is a few paces away from the bar/restaurant area downstairs which is very convenient. This is the 7th time we have stayed there.

We had a wonderful stay at Donna Portals Hotel in Mallorca. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and always accommodating. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to everything you might need. We especially loved the nearby cala, which was stunning and added so much charm to our visit. I had a wonderful experience at Donna Spa! From the moment I entered the hotel reception, I was impressed by the great hotel design and warm welcome from staff. The staff kindly accompanied me to the spa, which made the whole experience even more welcoming and professional. Noi, the spa manager, and her amazing team of professional staff greeted me with such kindness, making me feel instantly relaxed. The spa itself is beautifully maintained so clean with a calming atmosphere and a delightful nice smell ambient. I experienced the facial treatment with LED mask which was absolutely amazing and left my skin glowing. Their luxury treatments are performed with great care using the exclusive products, and the excellent service truly exceeded my expectations. Donna Spa is the perfect place to recharge and indulge! I highly recommend this spa not only for hotel guests but also for residents, who deserve to treat themselves regularly. Having such a world-class wellness experience right here makes it the perfect escape without having to travel far.

This was already my fourth stay at Donna Portals, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! The staff are exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely lovely people who make you feel at home from the very first moment. The room was spotless, beautifully prepared, and incredibly comfortable. Every extra wish we had was taken care of immediately and with a smile. The service overall is outstanding – attentive, personal, and truly five-star. What makes this hotel special is not just the beautiful setting, but the people who work here. Their warmth and dedication create such a welcoming atmosphere that we always look forward to coming back. Donna Portals is a true gem – clean, elegant, and simply perfect in every way. After four stays, I can say with certainty: we will always be coming back!

Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Palma de Mallorca! The rooms are beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind, and the beachfront location is absolutely exceptional. Excellent value for money. I 100% recommend it!

Got off to a rocky start with checkin, but the hotel manager kindly resolved most concerns we had. Beautiful interiors by my favourite designer Marcel Wanders (stayed in many of his hotel designs over the years). Location is good with beach access - just find the pool overrun with kids, so we opted for beach every day. Walking distance to Marina & plenty good restaurants. Gym is well equipped (just very hot) with separate room for non-weights workout. Spa is amazing with sauna, steam & cold plunge. Family friendly & non recommend for quiet couples getaway.
