Suitable for a business trip, convenient location and variety of food choices.

This neighborhood offers abundant dining choices, while accommodation standards are modest.

Overall okay just no shower with a handle so hard when water comes out and spreads too big

Tips for Other Families: • Bring snacks and reusable water bottles — there’s a nearby supermarket, and it saved us from a few hangry meltdowns. • Ask the front desk for local recommendations — ours pointed us to a small, family-run bakery down the street. It became our morning ritual. • Pack a white noise app if you’re light sleepers — city sounds are minimal, but it helped the kids stay asleep through the night. • Consider booking a larger room or adjoining rooms if you’ve got older kids — the space is decent, but with teens, it might get a little tight

There is an entertainment center downstairs, so it is very noisy, exspecialy first floor facing road side and coupled with smoking, the room smells heavily of cigarettes.

Overall, the hotel was okay – not too bad. There was no breakfast provided, and the room was quite small and not very clean, which makes it less suitable for business travelers. However, the location is right in the city center, so it's convenient for getting around. Just note that it can be quite noisy at night due to the surrounding area.

Hotel is clean, nice convinient location, good as per price and walking distance to convenient stores, restaurants and nearest with food. Close to Hero supermarket for groceries shopping

Everything is good, but how come the counter staff can easily give away the room deposit rm200 to my customer who just told them the receipt already loss? Coz the deposit we are the one pay by cash.... Yes, My customers are not honest, but aren't the hotel rules must show the receipt only can give back the deposit? So disappointed 😔

Normal hotel, value for money, you get what u paid for, only frustrated thing is the need of deposit in cash only

my room was having a broken aircon last time and fortunately the aircon still working fine

Stay 4 nights for business trip, simple clean hotel, in front of hotel is Hero Market, crossing Hero can access to plenty of foods and eating place., massage parlour. Didn't explore the shops behind the hotel, saw a few restaurants and massage places

Overall good. But the sound proofing is not very good. Easily to hear noise from outside.
