房間就是那種二三十年前的裝修風格 比較古典 但是硬件都比較老舊了 地下停車場也關閉在翻新
早餐比較一般 位置很偏遠 適合開車出行

This hotel was perfect for us, do not read the bad reviews! The room was clean and the maids where so helpful and kind they would bring us anything we needed whether it be an extra towel or extra toilet roll etc. And the rooms were cleaned. The reception staff very helpful and friendly, we had a very warm welcome. The only one issue we came across was that we stayed in this hotel so we had a pool to use in the heat of august, however it was closed for maintenance for 4/5 days of our trip. But being in Rome we were out of the hotel most of the time anyway so this was not an issue really. Also the hotel is far from the city, we ended up spending over 400 euros on taxi's to get in and out of the city, however i enjoyed traveling in and out as we got to see more of Rome, and the hotel was so peaceful. Do not read the bad reviews as all in all the hotel is lovely.

Booked this hotel very last minute for a impromptu trip to Rome, glad I hadn't read reviews before I went as so negative. The hotel is a little outdated but we certainly didn't find it to be dirty as others have said, our room was huge and cleaned everyday of our three day break. The staff are fantastic all really helpful and friendly. For us the only negatives were the distance into the centre but to be fair we did know this already and the work being carried out ready for the main season, made sitting out on the lovely terrace difficult. We had breakfast each morning and there was plenty of choice we ate in the main restaurant one night and it was nice not as nice as eating out but not awful. We wouldn't return to this hotel purely due to its location from Rome but if you're happy with travelling in each day don't be put off it's a good base , with super staff who will make you feel welcome.

Dirty rooms, food crumbs and hair all over the room (bed and floors). The customer service was also terrible. We were told many times this is just how the hotel is deal with it. When we complained about the cleanliness they said theyre understaffed with their cleaning staff.

Before I write this review I want to say the staff was awesome. They have nothing to do with the state of the hotel. Now to the review. The hotel is, at best, delapitated. The carpets in the hallway were absolutely filthy. The room was falling apart. Here's the worst, the ventilation system was not working and the temperature in the room was unbareable. I'm sure management instructed the staff not to share this tidbit of information at check-in, otherwise we would have opted to stay somewhere else. They offered dining in the hotel but didn't offer room service, which was odd. Before letting out rooms, management and owners should ensure paying customers will get what they paid for. Net, net, don't stay here. You'll be miserabile.

Pésimo todo estamos compartiendo habitación con más familia porque nuestra habitación la 514 no sirve el aire ni los enchufes ya la revisaron 2 veces y sigue igual, pésima experiencia y estaré 3 noches no lo recomiendo!! Busquen mejores opciones …..

Hotel bellissimo, grande, ottimo per la posizione, pulito, personale gentilissimo, la nostra stanza matrimoniale bellissima pulitissima e ricca di tutti i comfort, siamo stati benissimo per la notte di capodanno, torneremo sicuramente!
