Sonder Piazza San Pietro Apartments Vaticano

Sonder by Marriott cancelled our booking 3 days before we were arriving even though we had booked the property 3 months prior. They said they overbooked so they cancelled our booking which is unacceptable they were rude and didn’t provide us any alternative and left us out of pocket as they wouldn’t tell us when they would refund and we had to then try and find accommodation at the busiest time of the year. I advise everyone to stay away from this company they are a fraud that steals your money and cancels bookings at the last minute. I will be taking this further

I enjoyed my stay at Sonder San Pietro. The location couldn't be beat, and it was clean and quiet. The rooms are very large and accommodating, and I really like having a kitchen , so I could prepare a nice breakfast every morning without leaving my room. The location just steps from the Vatican was terrific, but the neighborhood felt very local, not too touristy, especially all the small restaurants nearby , filled with locals, not tourists. My only complaint was my room did not have a couch or comfortable chair to sit in, although there was plenty of room for one.It would have made the room much more conducive to relaxing. I would highly recommend Sonder, it is an excellent value for the expense.

it was a five out of five Beautiful neighborhood and close to the Vatican I stood at the Starr Hotel Michelangelo and the last time in Rome and this was a better fit full apartment with all the amenities If going out to eat stop at Padi the restaurant across the street and say hello to Pamela

Excellent location and super quiet! You can do a lot by walking if you choose here. The apartment (2 room in our case) was big enough. Staff was super attentive. Only point was that the furniture and walls had seen better days. Compared to the price paid, I was expecting more of a “nice flat feeling” than what we got.

Really dated, broken couch, scuffed table, uncomfortable beds. Excellent location and so much potential, but we felt like we were in a sanitariam or prison. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I didn't even want to unpack my bags I found it so unpleasant.
