Very clean. Nice amenities. Great location. Very quite. Emanuele was a very friendly and passionate host. Always aiming to please the guests. The central square of the Spanish steps is right outside the door and world class shopping with very nice restaurants are all walking distance. The taxis line up right outside the door to take you to wherever you want. Very convenient. My wife and I had a terrific first time to Rome trip!

We spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. They made us feel so welcome from the start, and we were very well looked after. Location is perfect, in the heart of Rome with an amazing view over the Spanish steps. They helped us find some excellent spots for dinner, and reserved them all for us. The room was clean and spacious! Emanuele & Gianmarco were happy to help with whatever we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone going to Rome! Thanks

Piazza di Spagna 9 in Rome is a gem! Clean, modern rooms. The service is top-notch—staff are attentive and cater to your every need. Perfectly located near the Spanish Steps, it’s ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Piazza di Spagna 9 was the perfect spot for our vacation in Rome. We stayed in the Grand Suite which had a lovely view of the piazza, but the windows kept the noise out. The apartment was spacious, sparkling clean, and extremely comfortable. It was stocked with drinks, snacks, and other various essentials. Communication was excellent. The owner also helped us plan our entire trip which included arranging tours, guides, dinner reservations, and transportation. It far exceeded any expectations we had for our trip. If we go back to Rome, we would not stay anywhere else.

The best of the best! Cannot beat this location with the Spanish Steps right outside and surrounded by a ton shopping! Perfect! The room was great best bed/pillows, a lovely touch was the towel warmer, I would say a pen and notepad could be useful in the room. And a relaxing spa day in the hotel after touring around Rome is a must do! The front desk staff very attending and welcoming always and Franco (owner) does it all to help plan an unforgettable trip!! #trustFranco always !

The hotel was perfect. The location near the Spanish steps was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. But best of all was the service. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us many good recommendations.
