The best of the best! Cannot beat this location with the Spanish Steps right outside and surrounded by a ton shopping! Perfect! The room was great best bed/pillows, a lovely touch was the towel warmer, I would say a pen and notepad could be useful in the room. And a relaxing spa day in the hotel after touring around Rome is a must do! The front desk staff very attending and welcoming always and Franco (owner) does it all to help plan an unforgettable trip!! #trustFranco always !

This was our first stop on my husband and my one year anniversary trip! Emanuele and all the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We arrived early and were able to freshen up after a long flight, they held our bags, and directed us to all the places to go. You can see the Spanish steps from the hotel lobby. It is the cutest boutique hotel, we will back! They made our stay very special!

A superb place to stay in Rome with a great team of people with lots of great recommendations. They were brilliant at organising our activities and booking restaurants too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Rome.

Wonderful stay! Franco and Emmanuel were perfect hosts: welcoming, friendly, and made the best recommendations for food, whether it was for breakfast, a quick bite ,or dinner. The hotel is well appointed, in very much sought after location . We truly enjoyed our short stay in Rome and credit our hosts for contributing to a wonderful stay !

I booked this for friends visiting Rome - it looked lovely but I hadn’t anticipated how amazing the hospitality would be! My friends were incredibly well looked after by Franco & Emanuele including some superb restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to staying myself with a few friends. Truly exceptional

What a little gem, right next to the Spanish Steps in the centre of Rome. 😍Franco and Emanuelle made us feel so welcome..... rather like their family. Nothing was too much to ask. They were so attentive during the whole stay and recommend some fabulous restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with some exceptional art on display, and for sale, in the hotel. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you for making our stay so special🙏

This small hotel is a masterpiece of modern design, with impeccable taste in every detail. Everything was spotless, and the location—right on Piazza di Spagna—was simply perfect. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional concierge service, always attentive and incredibly helpful. A truly wonderful experience!

We stayed in Piazza de Spagna 31 and had a wonderful stay. The location is superb, right next to the Spanish steps. The Pearl room is spacious and comfortable, with two separate spaces. There is no breakfast at this particular location, but they provided complimentary drinks and coffee, as well as access to a shared kitchen you can use with all the amenities. I would also highlight the hospitality- they gave wonderful recommendations and really went out of their way to make our stay special. Grazie mille!
