Place is clean and safe. Walking distance to many good places. Well maintained. Bed is really good and comfortable ❤️ 👍🏼 its also good as family place as they have several rooms and T & B per room. Good for family, couple and individual. Spacious, clean and affordable 👍🏼

We arrived during the slotted check-in window and received no response. We waited over an hour trying to reach the property via the street doorbell, the phone, and the booking agent. No response! We ended up walking around to hotels in the area until we found one with availability. Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. This was supposed to be the first place we stayed to start our honeymoon. We couldn’t even get onto the property, let alone check-in. We followed instructions and got no response. We are trying to contact the property to get a refund and still getting NO RESPONSE! This property takes absolute advantage of people. Please, do not stay here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Let me tell you that we travel a lot, and we have never been hosted by a more hospitable and friendly host like Vincenzo. All other reviews have mentioned all the positives about the location, the cleanliness and everything, but I especially want to praise Vincenzo's desire to go above and beyond to help with whatever needs we had-suggestions for trips/sightseeing, restaurants, etc. He spent an entire afternoon helping us find a relocation as our flight was cancelled last minute and we had to extend our stay in another place as his place was already fully booked. While he didn't have to do this, he didn't want us to leave his place without finding an alternative. In short - he is the perfect host - always available, friendly and caring for his guests' needs!

I spend over a week in this guest house. Localization is really good close to metro line, busses and trains. Short walk and you are in shopping center, Vatican City. Close by are also nice local bakeries, pastries, shops and pharmacy. Local is on the first floor. In room there is small fridge, kettle, big closet and bed. Bed is really comfortable with good mattress. For your comfortably take care a great host Vince, who is a walking encyclopedia about Rome. He is really helpful and e will always find time for a talk. I really recommend this place

An oasis in the cahotic Rome turism sector. Cosy and super friendly. Clean, confortable and modern rooms. Great breakfast prepared by one of the owners. Easy access to subway (5 min). In Rome is the place to considered if you doesn’t want pay a lot for a top notch hotel. Gives you a relaxed sensation for your getway.

This is a great value option. The location is great-near a metro station. The room was clean and well-furnished. Vincenzo-the host is a professional, friendly, caring person, ready to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. So, if you want a budget option that delivers, don't think twice. This is the option you need.

This place is one of the most beautiful place in Roma. Firstly, the Metro is near and is very easy to conect with different places like Coloseum and Vatican. The room is big and has enought space for 3 persones. Also inside the room It is an air conditioning. In concluzion, I will came back in the future here.

Struttura a 10 Min a piedi dal vaticano, in zona comoda, servita e tranquilla. Sempre tutto pulito, ottima colazione e Vincenzo che si è dimostrato gentilissimo, competente e sempre pronto a darti il consiglio giusto su dove e come andare e su ottimi posticini per mangiare . Very TOP

Il b&b si trova vicino alla fermata Cipro della metro in un quartiere con negozi e ristoranti. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Molto bella la colazione con i titolari che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Il plus sono Vincenzo e Beatrice che ti consigliano sui luoghi da visitare, sui trasporti e sui ristoranti. Ogni volta che torneremo a Roma verremo sicuramente alle Piazze di Roma
