Palazzo Velabro - A Member of Design Hotel

酒店的服務很好，有問必答，房間很大，歐洲酒店來説，他家的房間真的是很大了。早餐的麪包很好吃，雞蛋咖啡那些的需要點了才能送來，免費的，就是有點麻煩，需要你跟服務員説。房間的衞生情況一般，屬於不能細看，毛巾什麼的自己帶吧，親眼看到打掃房間的阿姨毛巾踩地上的。

酒店的位置特別好，樓下就是真理之口，透過窗户就能看到排隊的人，窗外也是一座建築遺址.離巴士站也很近，出門往右走就很快就能到國會廣場，威尼斯廣場，推薦走後麪往高處走的小路，遠眺整個古城遺跡 酒店的服務也特別好，我們將近11點才到，一直有人等我們幫忙搬行李，迷你吧入住用一次，有很多飲料，每天有小餅乾送.早餐時間很長，週末到11點. 裝修風格意式現代風格，很多細節很精緻，廚房用品齊全，而且隔音很好，窗外的鐘聲如果不開窗根本聽不見，入住體驗很好.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Velabro in April 2025. It was only 4 nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely return. The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking to many interesting neighborhoods, restaurants and historic sites. It is also close to the river which was very scenic and pleasant for walking. Our suite was roomy, very nicely appointed and well stocked. (It was luxurious to have a bedroom w/ balcony and sitting room/kitchenette for less than the price of many nearby huge hotels!) Our balcony overlooked a beautiful garden and nearby ruin. The air conditioning was great! All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. (They even helped me find a wonderful nearby salon!) The manager, Tommaso was also lovely. Thank you Palazzo Velabro!

We had an amazing stay here while in Rome. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette (with electric kettle, nespresso machine, stovetop, dishwasher, sink, and cookware & dishes) and living area was good for relaxing or taking a break between activities. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect, with a nice variety of pillows. This would be a ten out of ten even on the outskirts of the city, but good news: it’s not! The location is the real star, making this hotel worth every euro! Almost everything is walkable from here. It’s also near a bus stop which has been very easy to use to get a little bit further from the center of the city. Consider the time, hassle, and transport costs you won’t be spending. More time to just explore this beautiful city. And just out front of thee hotel is the Arch of Janus—what a view. We will be staying here again when we return.

Stayed at the Palazzo for a few days before some business meetings and can’t rave enough about the experience. This place is a hidden gem. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered numerous emails prior to my stay for restaurant recos etc. I had an entry level suite and it was huge yet very homey. Ate at the restaurant several times and quality was excellent. Breakfast buffet was small, but quality was high which I feel is most important. The location is great with the Roman Forum essentially right next door. Only watch out is that the gym is very small so if you’re on business like I was that would be a drawback, but I assume the hotel caters to tourists who put in enough steps walking and touring the city that a small gym isn’t an issue. Breakfast isn’t included but otherwise they treat Bonvoy members very well. I wouldn’t think twice about staying there again…I absolutely loved it.

Perfect stay at this lovely hotel. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. It felt like an oversized king. The room was extremely quiet and there were great views of the ancient arch next door from the hotel . The room had every convenience we needed. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and made us excellent transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. Front desk staff were very responsive to our email questions prior to arrival as well. Highly recommend.
