Have A Nice Holiday - Luxury Rooms

Location is great. A few minutes walk to the Vatican main entrance. A mini market is 2 doors away. We got a triple room…has a double bed and single bed. It is apt#9 …is a lathe room, has a mini fridge and wireless charging stations on each bedside table. Has too windows , and a hot/ cold AC. It is a. Old building but has its charm . Do note though that the elevator is old style…fits 2 people and one bag The English speaking lady at the reception is great…friendly and responds to messages promptly. I have to mention the downside, the sink faucet might have had a problem….water flow was very weak I usually do lots of Trip Advisor reviews. As a customer I find it weird that the blankets in the room are not in dry clean bags. The bed sheet is too thin and I would never risk using blankets not knowing if they were cleaned and sanitised between guests. Finally, I suggest that the front desk give each guest (upon check in) a note indicating the WiFi and it’s passwords. Breakfast is in a cafe few minutes away, is a simple Italian breakfast…coffee or cappuccino and a croissant I would definitely still recommend this place and to get apt 9

Thought I'd write a review as one hasn't been written for a while. This isn't a hotel it is a shared apartment with en suite rooms. Therefore the entrance and accommodation is shared. This isn't a problem as long as you only expect a room and bathroom. There are no luxuries. The room is quite small but done us well as we were never in it very long. There is a kettle and fridge but the cups are small for espressos only. The room could do with some more pillows. There is a secure safe which was great. There is air conditioning that works well and our beds were made daily and the room cleaned every day. The 'reception'is in one of the rooms but Nicole was very friendly and helpful. Our view was poor and just a small courtyard with air conditioning units and shop storage. Breakfast is a voucher for a croissant and coffee (espresso or cappuccino) from the cafe/bar 'Lemongrass' a few doors down. This was delicious and a great start to the morning. I would recommend these rooms but bare in mind it is just that and a bathroom, no frills, but ideal if thats all you need. The location is perfect for the metro, buses and Vatican and plenty of places to eat and shop.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questo BB con mio marito e mia figlia e sono rimasta soddisfatta. La posizione è sicuramente la cosa migliore, a 500 mt da piazza S Pietro e a 200 mt da Piazza Risorgimento dove è possibile prendere sia tram che bus, oltre che attaccato alla metro. E' una posizione ideale per visitare la città. le stanze sono un po' da rimodernare, ma offrono comunque tutti i comfort. La pulizia è buona. la colazione in realtà consiste in un voucher da spendere in una caffetteria sulla strada principale: questo andrebbe specificato nella descrizione perchè a saperlo probabilmente non l'avremmo richiesta lasciandoci la libertà di scegliere dove farla. La reception è aperta solo dalle 14 alle 19, anche questo dovrebbe essere migliorato. E' possibile comunque fare deposito bagagli. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva, anche se servirebbe qualche piccolo accorgimento per migliorare, dato che il prezzo non è economico. Lo consiglio per chi desidera una soluzione ideale per visitare la città.

Pessima esperienza. L’appartamento con un’unica finestra che dava su un cortile interno, in cui erano posizionate le macchine refrigeranti di un bar quindi estremamente rumoroso, tutta la notte. La colazione “inclusa” consisteva in un buono per la consumazione in un bar sottostante, di una brioche e una bevanda calda. Una cosa positiva la posizione in centro città. Servizio pessimo per un costo di 133 euro a notte, considerando che, non avendo il parcheggio, l’auto in deposito costa 35 euro al giorno. La signora delle pulizie alle 10 ha preteso che lasciassimo la stanza minacciando di andarsene senza rifarla.

Stanza ampia e molto carina, personale molto disponibile, possibilità di deposito bagagli. A due passi dal Vaticano. Ottima posizione vicino alla metro Ottaviano per muoversi con facilità. Torneremo sicuramente

B&b bello e pulito. La nostra stanza era grande e spaziosa. Unico neo: dalla porta che comunicava con un’altra camera si sentiva tutto come fossero in stanza con noi…ecco siccome non tutti gli ospiti sono rispettosi diciamo che avere gente che urla mentre dormi non è proprio piacevole. Abbiamo risolto chiedendo il silenzio 😅. Bagno nuovissimo. Personale molto gentile. Situato in una zona comodissima: a pochi passi da piazza San Pietro, a pochi passi dalla Metro. Si trova al primo piano di un palazzo ma sotto si trova di tutto: market aperto fino alle 21, change, pizzerie e ristoranti di tutto di più. La colazione è servita al Bar sotto il B&B con brioches fresche e buonissime, in più hanno un gelato fantastico 😍. Meglio di così non potevamo trovare!
