Todo perfecto. Habitación limpia y desayuno con fruta y bollería. Está a unos 20-30 min del coliseo andando y sino hay una parada de metro cerca.

We had a great time in Rome and Vincenzo is a great host! He waited for us, gave us a map of the city and explained in detail where to go and what to see. He also offered and organized our return airport transfer. Before our arrival we had excellent communication via Whatsapp. Vincenzo is really dedicated to his guests. For every compliment ! We are family of four and were accommodated at two different rooms - one twin/ dobule and one attic studio with terrace. Terrace is huge and has a wonderful view, so we spent our evenings there with a glass of vine. The villa is from the beginning of the 20th century and does not have an elevator. Please note that the attic studio with terrace is on the top floor and if you are unable to climb , choose other rooms. The neigbourhood San Giovanni is residencial area and very quite and safe. The public transport is nearby, so we chosed metro linea A to the best known tourist attraction or bus No 81 to the Circus Maximus, Coloseum or Bocca della Verita. Tram No 3 to the Trastevere or to the park Villa Borghese in opposite direction. There is a huge supermarket in vicinity, so if you choose studio you can prapare your own meals. The famous pastry shop - Pompi, with delicious Tiramisu is in vicinity also. The studio has all the necessary things. It consists of a smaller room with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a window, a large terrace, and a small kitchenette with a microwave oven, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and an Italian espresso machine. Dishes are also available in the studio, as well as a sink. The double/twin room is a classic hotel room with small fridge and specuios bathroom with shower cabin. The room is tastefully furnished in Italian style. Breakfast is continental with a choice of sandwiches with ham, tuna and cheese, cereals, toast, milk, yoghurt, sweet croissants with jam, nutella and similar sweet spreads. You can order cappuccino, espresso and/or have juice or tea. Fresh fruit is also available. Breakfast is served at host dinning room. The price for bed and breakfast is very reasonable especially for Rome. We plan to book it again when we decide to visit Roma again!

Great place, lovely room, excellent host, we had a lot of questions. All were answered. Breakfast great, fridge has meats, cheeses etc etc super location. Penthouse has a huge balcony. Quiet lovely garden for breakfast. Great to have a kitchen Could not have asked for more

This is a really super B & B in a lovely, suburban area of Rome, in good walking distance of the City's fantastic sights. It is so well organised, and a great breakfast including a terrific cup of coffee, set us up for our full days of sightseeing. The attic room we stayed in was large and comfortable with a handy kitchenette and an outside terrace where we could sit with a glass of wine in the warmth of the Italian summer's evening. Absolutely recommend this wonderful place.

St John Villa was a lovely bed & breakfast, within a 25 minute walk of the Colosseum and less than a 10 minute walk to San Giovanni metro. Vincenzo was a great host. There was a good selection for breakfast and our room was extremely clean and inviting. Our twin room had the added bonus of a lovely terrace & kitchenette too, with a fridge. If we are lucky enough to travel to Rome again, we will definitely book in at St John Villa again.

The breakfasts were great, can't fault anything. The owner is very nice and helpful. Rooms are just big enough for 2 people, clean and tidy. There was no problem. I would certainly recommend the accommodation to other people. The location of the accommodation is also great. Close to monuments and the bus and restaurants and shops too. Enjoyed the stay.
