I’m truly impressed with my experience overall. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable, which added to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The environment was warm and inviting, making it a pleasant place to stay. Breakfast was another highlight—there was a great variety of fresh and delicious food to choose from, catering to different tastes. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

After one horrendous night at Hotel Vite, we checked in at Tree Charme Parliament Boutique Hotel. Reviewing this hotel is an absolute breeze – there simply aren’t enough adjectives to do it justice. What a fabulous experience! An absolutely stunning hotel: clean, warm, charming, and stylishly decorated, with cozy common areas, a lovely terrace, and wonderful staff. Our room was amazing – spacious and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom. The towels and bedlinen were crisp, white, and immaculately clean. What a joy it was to enjoy an Aperol Spritz in front of the hotel before dinner. Breakfast was delicious and freshly served at the table – a real treat. I will never forget the kindness shown by this hotel. It was a very special holiday, and the receptionist truly understood that – as well as our desperation and urgent need to change hotels. They even let us see the room before we booked. We were also upgraded, simply because they wanted us to feel welcome in Rome in the best possible way. I’m incredibly grateful – and I will gladly stay at Tree Charme again anytime!

A wonderful cozy and very clean hotel, centrally located with an exceptional staff. The room was very pleasant with a small terrace outside. It was impeccable and well maintained. Although not included in the night rate, the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious

Charming and very comfortable boutique hotel in Parliament district….it’s quiet and has great proximity to everything when visiting central Rome. The restaurant is quite good and we enjoyed a robust breakfast each morning. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent service. Most kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect, quiet street only few minutes walk from Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Fontana Di Trevi. The room was nice and clean and we had most Wonderful time with my friend in Tree Charme.

We stayed here for about a week to sightsee in Rome, and the location is wonderful! Short walks to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, next to the Parliament. Check-in was smooth, they took our bags to the room even though we were a bit late due to flight delays. Our room (#14) was on the corner of the 2nd floor and was spacious without feeling vacant, and had two windows overlooking the street. We saw there was a lift but we never used it. Note, that this hotel, like most in Rome (and Rome itself), has steps and our room location was not ADA-friendly, but this was not an issue for us. A misunderstanding with regard to servicing the room on one day - there is a button on the A/C controller that illuminates a Do-Not-Disturb light outside of the room; but otherwise, the servicing of the room was complete and clean. Included breakfast was an option we selected, and it was a great start to each day, with eggs, bacon, some pastries, coffee, and orange juice. Your room key enables/disables the lighting in the room (energy efficiency). Our room had two sinks and a bidet, in addition to the water closet and walk-in shower. Tip: pull out on the button to change the shower from hand-held to the rainwater showerhead. Another tip: the shower floor is VERY slippery when wet, so wear flip flops to keep good footing (suggest ownership install a grab bar?). Also, bring your own washcloth or shower mitt; while towels are plentiful, there was no washcloth provided. Many eateries nearby close around 9 or 10pm during the week, we found a place for pizza that was open until 11pm on a Friday. Plenty of other restaurant options within a 10-minute walk, as well as shopping and gelato. Easy to call for a taxi. Laundry service nearby, a charming grocery two doors down and a beauty salon next door. Streets in the area are skinny, like all others in the area, so watch for cars and cycles when walking. The neighborhood was quiet after about 10pm, but we did see people walking about well past midnight. We would stay here again!
