great customer service , thank you for the early check-in much needed a nap after a flight from Canada. Great giving directions about bus to the concert . Room was very comfortable Wi-Fi great Free pastry and coffee Location excellent , near Roma termini -walking distance- Restaurants close by Supermarket close by

Perfect base for exploring the main sights of Rome. 5 minutes to Colosseum, 15 minutes to Trevi fountain, 15 minutes to Termini station, 2 mins to Cavour metro. Host was super helpful and friendly, gave us lots of tips on navigating the city and places to eat etc. There is a small square behind the building with loads of great restaurants and cafes, popular with locals, great for dinner and drinks. The room clean, comfortable, well appointed, good shower, high ceilings, and a lovely breakfast provided each morning. Area around the B&B felt very safe. Thank you for an excellent stay!

We stayed here the night before taking a cruise from Civitavecchia. A 5 minute walk from the Forum, 10 from Colleseum. Many restaurants and a small grocery nearby on the same street. About 1 km from Roma Termini train station. The room was small, but we only needed a place to sleep. The owner was very kind, helpful, illustrating on a map where to enter the Forum, where to go for souvenirs, meals, etc. He brought our breakfast to the room the next morning, hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, coffee, jam, etc. He allowed us to store our luggage in a closet after checkout, and offered to call a taxi for us to get to the Roma Termini station.

A nice, clean B&B with a great location. 2 blocks from the colosseum and 2 blocks to the subway. The owner Lorenzo is very nice and very accommodating. Good breakfast brought to your room by him at a time you chose. If you have an early tour he will leave you something to eat in the mini fridge. The rooms are not big, but they are clean and affordable. My wife Cindy and I are from Chicago and enjoyed our stay. Thumbs Up…Thanks Lorenzo

Le stanze sono ampie e confortevoli, bagni pulitissimi, la posizione è eccellente, la colazione ottima e abbondante, Lorenzo gentilissimo e super disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato questo alloggio a due passi dai fori imperiali.

Lorenzo è veramente un padrone di casa eccezionale, attento agli ospiti e molto disponibile. La stanza è calda e pulita, il bagno piccolo ma confortevole con doccia e bidet. La colazione è servita in camera su un vassoio all’ora che preferite e che concordate con Lorenzo. Disponibile anche per custodire i bagaglio dopo il check out mentre il check in se la camera è pronta è possibile anche prima delle ore 12. Consigliato inoltre per la posizione strategica a pochi passi dal Colosseo e dall’altare della Patria, 15 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Termini.
