This was our very first time in Rome, flying in from San Francisco, and staying at this hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. We spent about a week here, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel is a true five-star experience, and I’d even say the service is five-star plus. Just to add context we are not easy to impress The location was ideal—peaceful and just far enough from the busy downtown, but still super convenient. It’s only a ten to fifteen minute walk to Bernini station, which easily connects you to the rest of the city. The hotel itself has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and new. Our room was beautiful, and we were even greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and upgraded to a nicer room at check-in—such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were beyond exceptional. A special shoutout to Moeen and Alberto and all the the front desk staff—they went above and beyond for us. Their food and sightseeing recommendations were always spot on, and they even helped book us an opera experience for our last night. We had two reservations with a day in between, but they generously held our room for us at no extra charge. That kind of service really made a difference.

I don’t often write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since, in our experience, everything was perfect. Great location, great staff, great food and the staff puts in an additional effort to make tour stay as pleasing as possible - highly recommend.

I stayed for 4 nights. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is brand new. Clean, and well equipped room. I also liked the tech controls in the room, their gym and amazing sauna. It's a 15-20 min walk to train, metro terminal, and about same to most major attractions. Quiet, safe area. Wonderful place.

Considering this hotel had opened after a major refit two weeks before we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism & genuine welcome to the hotel. The inevitable teething issues we found were fixed immediately without disturbance to ourselves or the other family members. The rooms were cleaned perfectly with a turn down service at night. If any pointers, we were disappointed that the dining room only served Asian/Japanese food which wasn’t to our taste - but that is just us, this is Italy after all. The dining room staff we experienced for breakfast were just brilliant & welcoming, albeit the breakfast plates struggled to retain the quantity & quality of the excellent breakfast ! All in all a great experience, being mindful there were 7 of us. Many thanks. We will return.

We booked a family room for 5 nights. The room was actually large compared to European hotels, with a large king bed plus 2 separate single beds for the kids. Our room was on the 6th floor with 2 large windows which opened but there was no view as the windows had a short wall in front. Rooms had no road noise during the night nor could we hear any noise from other rooms. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. More than enough space for a family with 2 kids. Breakfast was had a great variety of food with plenty of well spaced tables. The hotel is in a quiet area which would suit those who want to escape the bustle of Rome, although its only a short walk to areas such as the Trevi fountain and Pantheon along some nice streets. The hotel reception staff were very helpful in providing directions and we booked our taxies via the front desk when needed (only takes a few mins). The hotel also provided us with a private taxi which collected us from Rome Fiumicino airport for 60e. The driver was waiting for us in the main arrival hall with our name on a board and provided us with a large Mercedes van which was an excellent start to our holiday. Lots of great restaurants very close to the hotel which cater for the local offices so are not tourist traps. We ate in the local area close to the hotel 4 or 5 nights.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a deal to watch Italy v England in the 6 Nations. The hotel is in a quieter part of Rome which suited us for what we wanted. Our room was on the 5th floor and was a good size with a very comfy bed. The staff on the front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast were really friendly and very helpful. Even though the hotel is not in the centre of the city, it was only approximately 10-15 mins walk if that's what you wanted. Personally we actually preferred it where we stayed and would definately be happy to stay here again.
