B&B Domus Quiritum

A fantastic stay. Great location, about ten minutes walking to Vatican City, and not far from the other attractions in Rome. The room was clean and well furnished. There is a communal area where you can get tea and coffee, and meet other guests. Brilliant communication right from the booking even until after checkout. A little difficult to find, and google Maps didn't help with this either - unfortunately, there is no signage other than just a small doorbell. Would have been nice to have had tea and coffee in the room as it was sometimes a little loud with guests making theirs in the early morning!

High ceilings, big windows with a view of the lovely Piazza dei Quiriti, and a bed so comfortable it must have been blessed by the Roman gods themselves. Memory foam mattress? Check. Comfy pillows? Check. An urge to never leave the bed? Triple check. Our mornings started with a solid breakfast at a nearby bar, featuring local treats that gave us the energy to explore Rome. Fresh pastries, coffee to kickstart our day, and a selection of homemade goodies to keep us satisfied. Now, let’s get to the real star of the show: Bori, our host extraordinaire. Bori wasn’t just a host; she was our Roman holiday superhero. Need a recommendation for the best gelato in town? Bori’s got you covered. Want insider tips on beating the crowds at the Vatican? Bori’s your gal. She gave us all sorts of restaurant and bar locations, making sure we knew exactly where to go and how to get there. Her suggestions were spot on every single time. The location was perfect. We walked to the Vatican, strolled to Castel Sant’Angelo, and hopped on the metro to the Colosseum with ease. The Prati neighborhood itself is a gem—close enough to the action but with its own local charm that makes you feel like you’re living the Roman life. In short, Domus Quiritum is a must-stay. It’s got character, comfort, and the kind of hospitality that turns a great trip into an unforgettable adventure. Lucilla has communicated from the time I booked and until I left Rome. Our room is clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Approximately 2 blocks from the Metro and buses. Family style breakfast is superb! It also gives you an opportunity to interact with fellow travelers. She also accommodated us for a very late check-in. I am very pleased with my booking. I highly recommend her AirBnB for your stay in Rome.
