Pousada de Sagres – Charming Hotel recensioner

The hotel location is amazing …the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful…. and facilities were beautiful.  The servers  in the restaurant were especially good …and one woman (sorry can’t recall her name) made our meals particular memorable  given her friendliness (and she spoke great  English …which helped us). We were very happy to have chosen your hotel… and find it (oddly we never saw a sign but assume that was us… not you!).  Thank you for asking for feedback…we will definitely let our friends and professional colleagues know about the extraordinary experience!

I just can’t stand it, when paying 240 Euro per night incl breakfast and the beds are damp and smell of mould. It’s unhealthy and highly disturbing. The receptionist could not help. Wi-Fi is weak, the breakfast buffet is very so so, a broken coffee machine etc all add to a rating which reflects reality. This place needs renovation, better management, better staff and better food. Never again!
