Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur recensioner

I was staying for a night. There was a group booking who were partying all night in my floor. Music was very loud and they were singing songs in cachophony. Despite 4/5 repeated calls to the reception no action was taken by the hotel to bring the noise down. I was charged for a good night sleep by I the hotel but from 10:30 pm to 2:30 am the group was singing loud, playing loud music, running across lobby. Shouting at top of their voice - not allowing anyone to have any rest. The hotel staff was completely useless to stop them. I have hence rated service as poor.

Traveled with my family. The staff there is soo humble to offer us free upgrade to make our trip more memorable. Will be visting them again.

It was an average hotel. The food was average. The breakfast buffet did not have many options.

The hospitality at the hotel was truly excellent – the rooms were neat, comfortable and well maintained, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff was cooperative and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. At the front office, Ganika made the experience even better with her professional yet warm approach. She welcomed me nicely, handled the check-in and check-out process smoothly, and communicated everything clearly. Her polite nature, quick service and the way she asked for feedback showed genuine care for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I really appreciate the service provided, especially by Ganika at the reception.

We had wonderful breakfast experience with chef Raj in the hotel. Pancakes was really good. Will definitely visit again.

My entire experience is unmatchable to any other visited earlier. Too good rooms n thanks much much to Chef Raj & Archana for being so kind at the Table. A PERFECT STAY !

I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM for check-in and was assigned a room that had a strong and overwhelming smell of fresh paint. Upon entering, I immediately noticed wet paint on the doors, which triggered a severe headache. When I contacted the on-duty manager, he appeared completely unaware of any painting activity and offered no satisfactory explanation or immediate solution. At that hour of the night, I had no choice but to return to the reception and insist on a room change. The issues didn’t stop there. The room I was given was unhygienic — the linen was old and had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom floor was leaking during showers, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The carpets in the hallways looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. Walking on them felt like stepping on unkempt fabric. Frankly, I regretted choosing your property. I opted for this hotel under the Radisson brand expecting quality, value, and professionalism — all of which were absent. It appears the property is being run under the Radisson name but does not uphold the brand's reputation in any meaningful way. There are far superior accommodations available in the city for the same price, offering better hygiene, amenities, and customer care.

The hotel atmosphere is very pleasent and the hotel fragrance is touch to heart. .......................... The front office team is very helpful for any complaint

Great hotel to stay in, spacious rooms, helpful staff, good food nice pool for swimming, and the rooms are cleaned every day
