Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern recensioner

Location was great and service was very good. We stayed in a newly renovated suite. It was spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the water heater was better than the first room we stayed in. However, the door to the suite did not look completely finished as it was missing the security door guard and there was quite a gap in the door so people from outside who will look closely can see you inside and vice versa. I had to tape the gap for privacy. Also, the shower drain was not done right that water gets out and floods the toilet/lavatory floor which is a safety hazard since the tile floor gets slippery. Other than that everything was good and I will likely book this hotel again due to its convenient location to the Greenhills Shopping Center / GH Mall.

Elan truly lived up to their home away from home theme. Our entire stay felt really relaxing. All the staff are courteous. We appreciate the daily make up of the room and the refills as well. I was able to destress with the darts that is available on the penthouse.

Good location near mall with many restaurants to choose from.

The hotel felt dated and the pool area wasn't what I expected based on the listing photos. Breakfast was also a let down, as it wasn't a buffet. Unfortunately, I encountered some service issues during my stay. One receptionist was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When I inquired about non-carpeted rooms due to my travel companion's allergies (dust triggers rhinitis), I was incorrectly informed all rooms were carpeted. We later discovered this wasn't true. The check-in process was quite slow, taking 20-25 minutes. To make matters worse, they rang about a 2,000 peso deposit we weren't previously aware of before booking, though we already informed them we will withdraw after some rest time. We explained we needed to withdraw due to a lack of cash and I don't want to use my card, but were forced to go out in a heavy rain. It would have been helpful to know about the deposit beforehand, especially since it wasn't mentioned on the booking site. If they require the deposit that fast, they should also consider having an atm machine in the hotel.

I recently stayed at Greenhills Elan Hotel and had a wonderful experience. I stayed for two nights in a Deluxe Room, and I must say, the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Parking is not FREE :( Towels were not ready when we arrived.

The experience from location, cleanliness, facilities were good. The parking though was disappointing because guests are made to pay to park their vehicle in their facility. If only I was aware of it before hand, I would not have chosen to stay there. I felt it was unfair charging checked-in guests for a service that should be included in the package of staying in the hotel.

If you have plan to go on that hotel I suggesting do not bring a car...you need to pay your slot in the parking lot of their building..

I stayed at room 2003, after check out my companion noticed that she has bed bugs marks. I sent an emailt o the hotel but they did not respond, I raised the issue to Trip.com, they assisted me and refunded me half the amount with trip coins for compensation. But the hotel did not help me at all. Also, the picture looks so different than the real room. Room is so old and check the photo that I uploaded of their aircondition unit. They also charge parking fee of php600.00 per night. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Polite people and reasonable access to the city. Cafe is closed and massage open Tuesday to Friday only I believe.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed the place as it is near the mall.
