Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Anessis Hotel in Fira. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt – nur 3–4 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich die Busstationen, von denen man alle Teile der Insel bequem erreichen kann. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Herrn Dimitris empfangen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles über unser Zimmer und die Insel zu erklären. Dabei haben wir sogar ein paar Wörter auf Griechisch von ihm gelernt – eine wirklich nette Geste! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt – das hat uns sehr beeindruckt und war ein echtes Wohlfühl-Plus. Auch die Abende auf unserem Balkon waren ein Highlight – einfach entspannen, die Ruhe genießen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Für uns war der Aufenthalt im Anessis Hotel ein echtes Preis-Leistungs-Highlight. Wir können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

很差的一次住宿體驗，酒店房間蚊子很多，找前台服務人員要驅蚊液説沒有，幾乎一夜沒睡。游泳池很小，游完泳眼睛發炎。

地理位置絕佳，步行5min可到bus站點。酒店有泳池，各種設施齊全，有冰箱，有免費的大瓶水。糟糕的是隔音不好，更糟糕的是窗户不能打開，第二晚空調壞掉了！

산토리니 피라버스정류장과 주차장서 가깝지만 한적한 느낌이고 옥상에서는 일출도 볼수있었어요 주인 부부가 친절하고 다정하게 대해주셔서 정스러운 편안한 느낌이었습니다 룸도 깔끔하고 베란다에서 빨래도 잘말랐어요 호텔자체 주차장이넓게 있어 렌트카 주차도 쉬웠어요 산토리니에서 정말 가격은 엄청싸지만 가성비좋은 호텔이었어요 3박이 아쉬웠어요 일주일은 있고싶은 평지의 호텔이었어요 피라나 이아의 절벽호텔은 아니지만 너무 만족합니다

Just got back from my first time in Santorini having stayed in this little gem of a hotel. It is located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and bars and a really good supermarket. The rooms are a traditional greek style but are absolutely immaculate, the windows and patio doors had built in shutters and were brilliant for keeping the rooms quiet and cool, the room had a kettle and a full size fridge, free mini safe and also 3 usb and 3 type C charging points by the beds so no need to keep unplugging and charging your items 1 at a time. The air conditioning was excellent and free and the shower was excellent with plenty of pressure and hot water.The beds and pillows were really comfortable too. The pool area is excellent and the beds are great quality and comfortable and the grounds are really well kept. This is a small family run hotel with 14 rooms and the staff are really friendly and can't do enough to help and make you feel welcome, it felt like staying in your own private villa. Having looked at the prices to stay at some of the places with a sunset view a 10 minute walk away (3 or 4 times the price we paid here) and no privacy from thousands of people walking the paths above you.....I would highly recommend staying here and watching the sunrise from the privacy of your balcony.

I must commend the honesty of staff in this hotel.My daughter forgot her airpods in this hotel and her friend forgot hers also.They only realised when they got back to Ireland Devasted.They don't remember the girls name they dealt with but they emailed the hotel and the items were sent registered post back to Ireland. Fair play to them.They could have said they didn't find them and keep,They might not be bothered with the hassle of posting.Nice to know there are kind and honesty people out there

We loved our stay here! The team are fabulous! The room was lovely, modern, spacious and clean! A brilliant location to explore Santorini!

We stayed at the Anessis in August as our friends were getting married in Fira. The hotel is of a great standard, with a lovely pool area. The rooms were of a good standard with a kettle and fridge. The room was cleaned daily and on request an iron and mini-board was provided without fuss or delay. You’re about ten minutes walk away from town with all the bars and restaurants. As is typical with smaller Greek properties there is no on-site bar or shop so you’ll need to venture out to get some drinks and snacks, but there are shops within five minutes stroll. We would highly recommend the Anessis to anyone and would stay here again if back on the island!

We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which took about 15 minutes (30 euro) and at first we were a little worried as the hotel seemed to be quite a way out of town. However, it turned out to be a 7 minute walk to the bus station and centre of Thira. The walk to the bus station is uphill but is on paved roads The hotel room was basic but the bedding, towels, bathroom and room were all spotlessly clean. There was a kettle and fridge and a small safe. The staff,were all extremely helpful and welcoming.

Booked Anessis for one night after coming off a ferry waiting for our flight the next day. Better than expected for the price. It was very close to the bus station - walk past the open air cinema and through the coach park - cross the busy one way road - and you’re there. The pool is lovely. We had it all to ourselves the next day whilst waiting for our flight. We checked out then used the pool all afternoon. The young lady at the desk was very accommodating and let me use the small bathroom in reception to get changed. She was also very happy to look after our luggage while we walked up to Fira for our last early dinner before going to the dreaded Fira bus station for a bus to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel with views over looking the eastern side of Santorini by the airport. We were welcomed by Dimitri and his wife with food and drink, which we really appreciated. Our room was reasonably spacious, big comfy bed, table and chairs outside so we could enjoy the views with a glass of ouzo. the town of Fira is only a few minutes away, we cut the corner by going through the coach park. We only used the pool for a few hours because we were busy seeing the sights, but the pool was fine. We have visited Santorini 4 times so we knew what to expect in Fira. We booked the lunchtime caldera boat trip, and on the advice from the travel guide decided to walk down to the port, but it is nearly 600 steps, and you have to dodge the donkeys. When we got near the bottom a donkey stood on my wifes foot badly bruising it, so we didn't get to walk up to the volcano, and we got the cable car back up, I wish we'd got it down. We visited the Greek Wedding show that we absolutely loved, if you come to Fira, book it. We had booked a restaurant about a mile away from our hotel, and Dimitri was kind enough to give us a lift to it. Genuinely nice people. If we come back to Santorini, we would happily stay here again. Thank you to our hosts.

My husband & I loved this hotel. Demetrios greeted us with a warm welcome & gave us a lovely gift when we left. We booked a sea view room which was very spacious & had a good sized balcony. The bed was very comfortable & had a good sized fridge, kettle, cups & glasses. The room was kept spotlessly clean & clean towels were provided every day. A 5 min walk from Fira town.

Thank you so much to Dimitris and Theoni for your kindness and also to Alexandra on reception for the lovely welcome and gift for our wedding anniversary. This hotel is spotlessly clean, our room had superb sea views and was nicely decorated, the bed was really comfortable. We had a kettle and a fridge which was great to have. Many thanks to Eirini for the upkeep of our room every day it was much appreciated. We look forward to returning to your hotel in the near future. Thank you to all.

Our stay at Hotel Anessis was absolutely wonderful! The flat was spotless upon our arrival and cleaned daily. The hotel's location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of Thira town, buses, local shops, and bakeries. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely love to stay here again; it offered excellent value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. During our stay, we initially stayed for three days and then ferry-hopped to Ios. However, we had to return to Santorini earlier than expected due to a ferry cancellation caused by strikes. The Anessis staff showed incredible compassion and generosity. They allowed us to leave our bags in the reception area and relax by the pool free of charge on the day of our flight home where we had nowhere to go or stay all day with our cases. They refused to accept any payment for this kind gesture. The staff at Hotel Anessis truly made us feel like family during our stay and would recommend staying here to anyone.
