Big territory to walk, clean swimming pool, uncrowded beach, close to West Island ferry boat.

First of all thank you Yuki for the assistance, she made me so comfortable during my stay in Hyatt. And also all of the staf that helped me in English, much appreciated! I love my room, big and comfy and everything Worked well! I love the nature and how Hyatt is always good and maintaining the view and peace so it makes my stay like a healing therapy. I will come back!

Very new and spacious. Perfect landscape. Hard to find such good facilities with this price in Sanya.

Good pool area, close to the airport, no need to cross the street to reach the beach. Good restaurant, including the breakfast. Overall a good place.

I had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Sanya, conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel offers stunning views of both the swimming pool and the beach at the same time, which was a real highlight of my stay. Plus, it has access to a private beach, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and privacy.The hotel itself is very clean and feels brand new, adding to the overall luxurious experience. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, with special thanks to « Scott » for his help and professionalism. I also can’t forget to mention « Lesley » who went above and beyond. During my stay, a typhoon hit and all delivery services stopped, but Lesley kindly sent fruits and coconut to our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a difficult time.Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Everything was absolutely great. It takes only 10 minutes from Sanya International Airport by taxi, the check-in process was simple and smooth. Breakfast was good. The amenities are well maintained, the swimming pool was super cool, it was fairly quiet and only few people were lounging around the pool during the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Super relaxing!

Lovely hotel for a weekend getaway. Staff very helpful and great facilities! Pool was lovely and also has a spa on site. Very close to airport - so might be a little noisy for light sleepers - however, very convenient for late / early flights. Would stay again.

Beware of booking the ocean view deluxe room. You may get a room with a view of the trees instead. Fortunately, they changed the room for us after our feedback. Service was good throughout our stay and the staff were all helpful.

Nice clean rooms, amazing showers, one of the best water pressures I’ve ever seen. Comfortable beds. The sofa is also comfortable and fits a small child. My 7 year old son slept on the couch and it was comfortable but I wouldn’t suggest for bigger kids. My son is 1.20m. Lightening in the room was great. The Hyatt camp for kids was also good, my son was busy the whole week. Unfortunately he couldn’t stay there by himself and they only provided babysitting services up to 5:30 PM which was not very helpful as we wanted a night out. Pay, the hostess was very kind and helpful. We had difficulty connecting our TV box with the WiFi and they sent someone right away who sort it. But the star of the hotel was the chef, Augus, his food was absolutely delicious! We repeated the western family set a couple of times.  Only down side I think it’s the location, as it’s very far from city center, and the beach is not swimmable. But you can still enjoy the sunset and the swimming pool. Although the water was very cold in December.

The excellent hotel that l even went, all the staff are friendly smile, welcoming, polite and helpful. Hotel very clean and very comfortable, very enjoy to stay with it. Nominate staft name Merlin from front office and Yuri from Regency club, very helpful and professional. We enjoyed the stay so much and chose to extend one more day, you guys are amazing!

Overall experience is perfect. Room is clean and new, and the seaview is very nice. Food and amenities are nothing to be complained. I’ll definitely book this hotel again if I visit Sanya again in the future.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices of food. But too far from downtown. Need to take a cab to buy groceries, about 5-7min to reach.
