Rummet är överlag mycket bekvämt och utrymmet är tillräckligt. Det trevligaste är att det finns en stor helkroppsspegel och hygienen är på plats. Pluggomvandlaren kan tas med eller inte. Det finns inhemska och lokala runda hål Om du glömmer Du behöver inte oroa dig för att ta med en omvandlare, vindkraften i en hårtork är bra, så överlag är jag mycket nöjd. De två resväskorna kan också läggas platt. Den främsta anledningen är att läget verkligen är superbekvämt. Det är bra för människor som oss som gillar att resa med tunnelbana. Det finns tunnelbanelinje 2.4.5 på nedervåningen, närbutik 711 och GU. Apmplace ligger bara på nedervåningen. Efter shopping under dagen , kan du fortsätta på natten. För shopping kan du också checka in på kinesiska i hotellets reception. Det finns flygbussen 6702 vid dörren, vilket är mycket bekvämt till hotellet eller till flygplatsen.

Hotellpersonalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Gav bra service på begäran. Läget var fantastiskt med många anslutande linjer. Sängen är bekväm. Denna plats rekommenderas starkt.

Location 100%, the main draw of stay- the limousine bus to/from ICN airport. Thoughtfulness 100%, heat pack were provided and its of good quality! Cleanliness 90%, overall was up to standard, slippers provided was of great amenities, smells around toilet bowl could do better and a piece of used contact lens found on side table. Room 90%, spacious, clean and neat. Could have another towel holder instead of 1. Humidifier and ionizer was provided, very thoughtful.

The location is perfect. The staff are kind and friendly. My room was great because it was on the 19th floor and had the view of the city and DDP. The place was clean and quiet and I even got “turned down service” which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed coming back from a long day to a freshly cleaned room and freshly made bed and restocked fridge and bathroom amenities. I will definitely book again the next time I go to Seoul.

Convenient location right above subway. Room is clean and big windows offers good view into the distance. Sheets are clean n fresh. Room in good overall condition.

Very near to DongDaeMun History & Culture Park Station Exit 9 & 10. (2-3 mins walk) incase u booked ski tour or etc around there. Room is quite small but it’s the same as shown in pictures. Toiletries comes with skin care and comb! Hotel have gym, weighing scale, laundry care (washing machine etc). Opposite is Starbucks and subway. Bed super soft and comfortable and not dusty or dirty. Best thing is the room comes with 1 humidifier and 1 dehumidifier!!! For dry air during cold weather!! Love i

There might some problem happened on the air-conditioner for my first night. I told the hotel staffs and got the feedback promptly. I took good rest for the rest of two days after they replaced the other room for me. The location is very good for traveller with luggage. 12:00 late check-out time and the locker available for 24 hours after check-out is also very friendly for traveller.

Stayed here for quite a few days. I like the self serve nature of things. Laundry rooms was great. Floors were quiet. Hotel is in a great location for night shopping. Very pleased by the Sotetsu chain - just my first time.

The hotel room is very nice, the hotel staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent! The hotel is right outside Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (literally a 20 metre walk from Exit 4), and when taking day tours, the bus stops at this exact station, as the last point. This greatly reduces travel time, as the last stop point means we’re the last to pick up and first to be dropped off when returning. It’s also very easy to go to Myeongdong, Gangnam, Jamsil (Lotte World) and Yeouido (Hangang Park). You can even see Namsan Seoul Tower in the distance, and you should come out at night to see the beautiful view. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel!

Very conveniently located above Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. 3 lines service this area, lift from train station at entrance of hotel. Safe environment to roam around at night. Check in - self service machine available. Laundry room and gym available at basement

Location is very convenient to all the eateries,nearby walking distance to metro station,there’s airport coach directly to this hotel,hotel room is so spacious and clean , wonderful stay😊,

Hotel exit is just beside a train station lift and is connected to 4 lines. Super convenient. Hotel lobby smells amazing and has a money exchange machine. Hotel bed is so comfortable and room has noise protection. Had the most amazing sleep during our stay. The only negative room experience - the room comes with TV just beside the bed.

Good location, exit 4 at DDP stop with elevator up to the outside of hotel. Right outside the hotel has the airport limousine bus too. Room is big and clean, toilet is big. Overall an enjoyable stay.
