Hotel the Designers LYJ Gangnam Premier recensioner

The room and toilet area was spacious. The refigilator was super cool. Make my drink freeze in over night lol. The location was great. However, the staff weren't kind even the last moment the we checked out, just only "Thank you" they also didn't speak out which I feel really dissapointed. Also amenity kits they also don't have in a room.

Overall experience is positive . Sometimes Staff do not speak too fluent English but good enough . TV set is a bit of a nuisance . For the rest all is excellent including roof top restaurant

Good location to airport transfer.. quite clean with air conditioning..

The room was small for a “family size room” that was posted on their website. Room was not service at all when out and about. I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you have children the room was cramped and it can get dirty easily. The location was great there are food places near by and the coex mall if not too far either. Did not get to try the breakfast or room service tho. It is not a bad place to stay for couples or not more then 2 people per room.

The location is convenient in the city center where Subways and Buses are available. Restaurants and cafes are everywhere.

All good. The staff is friendly and the food is nice. The location is convenient, can travel through airport limousine.

Service mind and clean

The room condition is bad with furniture being very dated with wear and tear.. there’s mold in the bathroom and the bathtub kept leaking water during shower. There’s also no shower certain. Called for housekeeping but didn’t clean the room.

The rooms facing the road are very noisy. The beds are so hard and i could feel the mattress springs.

The staffs are so niceeeeeeee. The restroom so beautiful.

The location was best, and room overall was fine but daily housekeeping sevice was not daily otherwise it was fine and good experience

They need to improve room service quality. Location is pretty good. There is reusable slipper for guests, don’t use that slippers maybe your foot going to smelly.
