Jinjiang Inn Select (Shanghai Xinhongqiao) recensioner

The location is really convenient, super close to metro station line15, and 1km from line10 which connects with hongqiao railway station. There is KFC, manner coffee, luckin coffee, Starbucks around the hotel as well. Room service was nice as well, they are not fluent in English but willing to help as much as they could. We ordered delivery food at midnight and it was served to our room door by robot.😎✨👍

I'm staying in this hotel for a second time. Quite a decent place for a 3-star property, just 2-3 minutes away from a metro station and a bus station. Rooms are not too big, but still comfortable enough. The batroom was very good, the wifi internet and TV, unfortunately, like everywhere in China, are not usable by Western guests at all - all channels in Chinese for the TV and all restrictions on Google services and Facebook for the internet. But apart from that - a nice hotel I will be glad to use again when going to Shanghai.

Very nice great service super convenient place for the weekend and the weather

At first staff is very unprofessional. They gave us only one key card which suppose to be placed inside of room that we have electricity. Well, if I need to go out and my wife needs to stay then I need to tske a key card to be able to use elevator. If I take it then she doesn't have electricity. If I leave it, then I can not come back to our room. Second, staff is not friendly at all. They do not speak english, which is acceptable, but they do not make any effort to communicate. They ignore me and waiting that I start speak chinese or that I organize the way how we can communicate. AC at our room didn't work properly, then I went to ask to change the room but AC in another room was the same. Window is very small on left corner of the room and look at the wall in front of window so there is not daily lights and ventialtion is very poor. Also on app is written that they have laundry service, but that is not true. I asked few time different staff but all of them said that they do not have and they were a little rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially foreigners. We were at Ibis hotel nearby here and stayed there for 10 days and we had great experience. So Ibis hotel is the same budget hotel but much better service.

All was good, except for the wifi. I don't have a Chinese mobile number, but the receptionist said I required one in order to access the wifi.

Service excellent. I have a few things that cannot be done by myself. They help me to get things done well and faster. All staffs are friendly. The location is near #15 subway station, very convenient.

It’s a roof over your head and it’s cheap. I had to go to something nearby so I stayed here. Wouldn’t rush back. It was clean and comfy, with half decent WiFi.

Overall good hotel with good features specially for the price, could have a little more features and perfect the rest in order to be a great hotel, but overall a good experience! The staff is very friendly and helpfull! Best part about the hotel!

Booked this for my in-laws to be close to our apartment. They enjoyed the hotel and said the breakfast was very good. Everybody was helpful when they needed it.
