Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha recensioner

Its good and very convenient to visit city center and Pudong business center along with free shuttle service to Pudong International AirPort. My experience was very good and all staffs are very supportive and try to help every moment. Breakfast is very good. I will stay again when visit Shanghai.

It seems that there are many family travelers who stay to go to Disneyland. I will try to use a shuttle to and from Disneyland someday.

It was very worth the for 4 night stay. Breakfast was very excellent, tasty and delicious deserts, you can have any food type, drinks you could get. Service were excellent, such as receptions, they are easy to communicate in English compared to how difficult it can be to understand people at China. The location itself is very perfect. There is a nearby mall only 1 crossroad ahead you can get anything you like at there such as Starbucks, Subway, Pizza hut, KFC, Supermarket, Mcdonalds, and the metro is only few walks away which is SUPER convenient for us to transport. Also if you're visiting the Shanghai Disneyland they will transport you there without any charge. When we arrive in Shanghai again, we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to the staff members for excellent service.

The room was very spacious and clean, making our stay super comfortable. The front desk staff provided great service and were very helpful. The hotel also offers shuttle bus services to the airport and Disneyland, which made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

Excellent Stay. Lovely room. Special attention to guests. Excellent for Disney SH. Nice breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff at front desk. Ms Wang (王小兰) really care about the well-being of the guests. I left a package in Downton Pudong and she managed to pick it up and has it delivered in 30 minutes. Just some hours before my flight. Amazing work! I am looking forward to come back soon.

The front counter (小王&小兰）were friendly and helpful. They have also offered to help us with food delivery as we arrived late at night. Overall the stay is comfortably awesome and near to Disneyland. They have free shuttle service to/back from Disneyland. Good stay 👏

Good locations, near disney land , they are polite and they have pick up service from airport

The first thing about this hotel is the bad service they have!! We came with 2 kids en 5 luggage. No one helped us. We have to carry our luggage by ourself to the room. There was NO shuttle bus to the airport!!!! The worst hotel I have ever been. NO SERVICE at all. The hotel is near the Airport but no one speaks English!!!!

Location is next-door to the airport. Disneyland is very close by. They have very convenient shuttle bus services . What was important for me during this long Chinese trip they have washing and drying machine on the first floor. Sometimes restaurant looks closed, but it is open, indeed. So you can get drinks and food till late at night and they’ve got in room services as well.
