Moved us to another hotel as they overbooked . The alternative room Was said to be 5 star, but uncomfortable broken aircon and stink of smoke

Very good hotel with excellent location just next to exhibition centre. Just across the road from exhibition centre. Breakfast option good for vegetarians

Nice and comfy. Staff is a bit cold though. And at a place like this I don’t think you should have to go down to the lobby To collect your food orders.

Excellent hotel and location. It's assessible via didi and the staff are really helpful. They offer 6 types of pillows and the bed is really comfortable. Some shops below but go out a bit for good food.

This hotel is 15 minutes walk to the exhibition centre, walking distance to more than 10 restaurants and a convenient store LAWSON. I will come back to stay at this hotel soon

Is was ok a little hard to find the hotel because did map can’t show due to the government restrictions during the fair but the managers and front desk was quite helpful they upgraded my room to the suit room thanks for that it’s very quite and nice experience

This hotel was really good, new and modern, far from the city center but close to the airport, we had to go another city in the morning, so it was right place for us.

Booked this hotel just for the location, since we were attending CMEF. Very clean, with good breakfast options, front desk was very helpful. Definitely coming back here for my next CPHI meeting.

I have great experience with the staffs here, they are so friendly as though I m a friend of them. Greatly appreciate especially to Anthony, ada, Lisa & Kent from the front desk. From Small task like booking taxi to initialing helps just with a look. Everything is just nice

Close to Hongqiao airport and train station, spacious and clean room, good facilities and a great price. This is my second time staying here and I would consider it again if I needed to be close to the airport or train stations!
